Stylist did not provide the trim I requested. Told me that she wanted the top longer to blend in with the sides and this was not the trim I requested. I had to go elsewhere to have it corrected. I had to spend more money to correct the hair cut. Sides did not blend in, top was to long and back was did was not trimmed to blend in to top and sides. No return visit from me.

Whoever it was that cut my sons hair messed it up. He asked her to feather his hair and she said she didn't have the experience yet, and then she cut his bangs shorter than he wanted and they were not even straight, messed up his hair enough where he is embarrassed by it and is wearing hats to hide how bad it is

This is the absolute worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life.

I communicated how I wanted my hair cur. I specifically told her not to texturize taking lots of slices and she did it anyway. She didnt ask me if my bangs were cut to the length I wanted. I felt like she was put out that I wanted my free shampoo for being a 1st time customer. The cut was no better than great clips and twice the cost. Not sure Ill be back.

Best haircut in quite a while

My 5 year old son was getting his hair cut short as he is receiving chemotherapy and most of his hair has fallen out. I explained to the barber he could not use clippers because he is getting chemo and immunocompromised. The barber did a great and careful job cutting his hair with scissors. Halfway through his cut he became nauseous and I had to rush him to the bathroom to vomit. Not one person in the salon checked on us, asked if my sobbing 5 year old with cancer was ok, offered to finish the cut or acknowledged our situation at all. No one said or did anything at all. So we just went to the front to pay FULL PRICE for an unfinished haircut that looked worse than when we walked in. I paid $100 for 1.5 haircuts (my older son got his hair cut and it looked great, the stylist did a great job). The barber is not to blame for my son getting sick but the lack of customer service was shocking for all of the staff. I think this shop needs to be trained on emotional intelligence in the workplace and customer service. A little compassion for a child with cancer would have gone a long way it was also clear to the other customers in the salon what was going on too and we felt humiliated.

Unfortunately, we came here and saw someone new. We were given a recommended person and the end result of the haircut was not at all what was requested. A simple fade turned in to a military “high and tight” type haircut. Hair stylist also used a dull blade to shave the neck which cut him and did not use alcohol afterwards to clean the shaved area.

The person I had cutting my hair was not good. She even knew it and discounted the hair cut. I will just go to a lower end hair cut place like great clips or sports clips if I want to tell you the clipper size to cut my hair every time

Great place to get a haircut and beard trim! Atmosphere is very chill and the music was good, but still quiet enough to be able to speak with the stylist.
