I booked an appt for 4:20, wasn’t in the chair until 4:45. The guy waiting after me had a 4:50appt and was in the chair until I left at 5:15. He asked midway through waiting if it was going to be a while and the employee responded, oh do you not have time? Yikes. One of the employees clocked out while the guy was waiting too. Just seems like no one cared

Enjoyed the atmosphere

My hair is an absolute mess. I should’ve walked away after checking in as Michael and getting a confirmation text that called me Mike. That right there said she wasn’t listening to me and was going to do what she thought was best.

I love Floyds 99. I have one near my apartment in Illinois. Near my office in Illinois and now with Minneapolis, easy stop for me when traveling to and from the lake home in Bemidji, or mom's in Grand Forks, ND. Plus, the Maple Grove location - near Lifetime Fitness which is perfect for me.
