Ease of booking. Consistent service

First, it's overpriced given the service provided. No cleaning the neck, no gel after the haircut. The barber was so unprofessional, I was hoping to have a pleasant experience but the barber was like he had just has a flight with someone and lost.

The haircut I received was not at all what I asked for. I asked for a fade on both the sides and the back. Instead, the barber just trimmed the hair to a length and did a poor job aligning the sides so the two sides look different from each other. The job was finished in about 10 minutes and I was not shown what my haircut looked like in the back and wasn’t asked whether I was happy with the haircut.

Barber (Aaron) is always on time, th y understand our requests, appointments are easy to make and I’ve been taking my 13 year old here for years. They’ve got a great bond. 👍😃

Floyd's has been my go to place for a quality & stylish cut, but it seems like the base price has gone up significantly from $35 to $55 if i saw correctly, that's not a small increase, understandable, good quality and everything is going up, but the price will be a consideration so I may see what else there is.

Not a good haircut, barber seemed very inexperienced with a fade. Which is kind of crazy for a barbershop marketed towards men’s haircuts. Fade is choppy with no blend and steps down like a staircase. $44 is crazy when legit local barbershops and charging $50 a block away.

My haircut didn’t turn out well.

You don't show appreciation to loyal and experienced stillest and have no regard for personal growth within. My stillest Tracy was and is amazing. My hair grows in many directions and only she can tame the chaos. I drive from Coachella valley to see her at Floyd's 99 for over a decade now. How she is not a mvp or headliner is beyond my comprehension.. that being said I will always recommend Tracy Fleming to my friends, no matter what store is privileged to have he warmth of heart and skilled hand.

Customer service was fine. Haircut, not so much. I specifically went in to get a bad haircut fixed and after my haircut at Floyd’s, actually looked worse!

My stylist was able to correct the problems my previous hair cut (at a different barbershop) just the day before. And, it cost me less than what I paid for the poor quality haircut that she corrected.

Transparency from salon to associate to customer with services offered and fees for the services. I dont think the average person can tell the difference in the language used in the description for the cuts. The average person can tell the difference in price tho. I book my cut online, then it was changed up in the system by an associate. I asked about prices going up, which they have, then asked had mine gone up that day? She was uncomfortable trying to answer, so she didn't. If you're going to offer different types of cuts, make sure the description and procedure is simple and crystal clear. Make sure the associates tell the customers the difference, not just know the difference themself. And if they decide to change a customers service, tell them why, what the difference is. It's common courtesy. Don't change it on them as they walk up to pay, snd shrug your shoulders when they ask about price increases and changes. The two associates that have cut my hair have a great skill set, and are professional when cutting my hair. I'm uncomfortable to go back now because of this survey.. I don't know how you share constructive feedback. Best.
