Haircut was great but I asked just to trim the sides of my beard and she adjusted the length but only the gray part of my beard. I had a big grey line accross the bottom of my chin that fell short of the full length of my beard. She didn't seem confident in cutting my beard, I should have told her to stop.

I got a terrible haircut in which the back of my hair looks like a helmet or a mullet.. and the cut is uneven.

Not this location - bad experiences with the barber and the customer service. I’ll probably stay with ya’ll as a brand because I had a fantastic experience at the Venice location all around. But this one, Mar Vista, is a hard pass.

Appointment on time. 10 dollar discount for new clients was a great surprise

My favorite Floyd’s since it opened. And one of the only ones that has co distantly offered a hot towel when I get a shampoo.

The shop is good, didn't really care for most of the music. didn't really see or hear much classic rock, or especially Pink Floyd signage. which is disappointing as you have the name Floyd.

Also I know you're in business, but I think it's a bit too much money for a barber shop. Couple of years ago I was paying $25 a haircut. As I have short hair, and Semi-bald, I'm only there about 15 minutes :(

I provided a photograph of the cut my son wanted. It would be one thing if the cut were simply wrong. Instead he got a bob which I had to ask her to fix and cut which is now a completely uneven mess that I will have to get a corrctive cut elsewhere

Stacey who cut my son‘s hair was not at all friendly. Didn’t talk to us the entire time. Seemed a bit bothered. She initially cut his sideburns differently on both sides and when I came back she didn’t apologize or anything and clipped them again and they’re still not great. She also cut his hair way too short in front. She just went on automatic pilot and did her thing and didn’t communicate with us at all during the cut.

I have been the best shave and trim I’ve had.

The hair stylist there are very good, the front desk in the other hand need a little more training.

The bad news is the stylist was late to the appointment by almost twenty minutes. The irony is that I received one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time.

Easy to book, pleasant atmosphere, fair pricing, and then there is Rudy, he is a master hairstylist, and I am very grateful he is at Floyd’s! I get compliments all the time, I refer them all to Rudy!

I normally go see Brandon T. He handles my cut really well. If there are questions he asks. He makes sure to check with me before assuming things. This last visit the lady that cut my hair did not know how to handle and shape the cowlick on the back of my hair. To cover she cut the hair on one side of my head higher and combed my hair over. She left me looking like half a ********.
