Worst haircut I've ever gotten at Floyd's, and I've been a loyal customer for years. I asked for a straight cut on the sides simple, clear instruction. I didn’t ask for a lot. What I got was a rounded cut that went way too far up, and now I look like I have a bad mohawk. There's no saving it. I can't style my way out of this because the hair is just gone.
My barber kept me spun away from the mirror the entire time. I couldn't see what was happening until it was already done by which point it was too late. Extremely careless.
I feel embarrassed every time I look in the mirror, this is a haircut that ruined my appearance for weeks. Floyd's has always been hit or miss for me, and this was the worst possible miss.

Music was way too loud, needs to be turned down a lot.

Cool place - love the vibe. Great music and awesome atmosphere with all the rock posters - open walls with lots of fresh air and sunlight. Easy online booking.

I had gray blending done and the stylist said it would not cover all of my hair but make it more salt and pepper. I have light brown blond ish hair and it turned out black. I couldn’t really tell from the lighting inside and when I got home I really noticed. I called the shop and the said the stylist would call me back and no one ever reached back out. I’m going to have to buzz my hair because I went from light brown blond ish to almost jet black. I had a work zoom this morning and everyone asked why I colored my hair black. I just moved back to LA last week and started a new job and embarrassed is an understatement

I was really nervous I had a very bad haircut last time I was there this time I’m pretty sure the girl working on my hair was a beginner she knelt checking with other stylist on what to do and didn’t understand how to section my hair so I was really nervous about letting her do my hair but it came out really good and I’m glad that I trusted the process although it was the longest I’ve ever gotten my hair done I was there from 1:45-8pm.

The hairstylist seemed unfamiliar with how to cut long hair for my daughter’s kids cut. We would have been happy to wait for someone with more expertise.
