I called ahead to ask if they could perform a service and was told yes, only to be told they couldn't do it once I arrived. I was also sold a "coupon book" that had future service discounts only to be told the service they couldn't do wouldn't even be eligible for the coupon. I've had good experiences in the past but this last visit was a big let down.

I've recommended the shop to two friends

This was actually my second experience at this barbershop, about two years ago, I walked in, and the Front Desk person was very rude, they were not very accommodating, and they were very short with me. I decided then that I would never go back. However, due to the extended hours of the facility, and my desire to have a haircut that day, I decided to give it another chance.

This was my first visit to a Floyd’s. It was a very good experience. My barber, Liv, did a great job especially given that this was her first time to cut my hair. I will be back.

This is the worst haircut I’ve ever had at Floyd’s . I guess I got the barber who didn’t want to use the scissors. A bit lazy?

Engaging atmosphere, luck-of-the-draw got me a good stylist who took my wishes and made them come true (hair-wise, of course). Price is on par with other stylists in the area.

I have been getting my haircut/beard trim by Floyd's for 12+ years. Yesterday, I am so sorry to say, was the worst service I have ever had.

Tilly, was great with cutting my hair and trimming my beard. I hope she stays there a long time because I will come back and ask for her again. She was friendly and was fun to talk with during the cut.
