The fade I expected and the one I received were two different hairstyles. The overall experience was not great and I will sadly continue my search for a good barber elsewhere.

I literally love everything at my location. The front desk peeps are kind. My hair guy is amazing. Everyone laughs and gets the job done. Always on time. Didn’t give me **** the one time I was stuck in traffic and 5 min late. (I called and checked to be sure). Good music. Almost all the lightbulbs work. (Teasing because I’m obsessive about that since I stare at the ceiling during my shave lol). Honestly, I look forward to my haircuts and Coke slightly more often than necessary because it’s so enjoyable.

So many years ago I used to like Floyd’s — a lot. Then something changed — and I felt like I kept getting new barbers with zero experience. I had not been in your establishment since probably 2018!? Because of a really bad experience where your barber didn’t listen and messed up my hair and then also trimmed my beard (poorly) when I specifically said not to. Recently I needed a haircut before a vacation - tried you once again — went on a slow morning — my barber was SUPER NICE — but the haircut was horrible. Lumpy and uneven all to ****. It got worse once I got home and could really inspect it. What I feel is wrong — is he was clearly new… and I didn’t realize that until I was already into my haircut. Too late. You guys A) should not charge full price with new barbers and B) should tell your customer if they are new or experienced — not let us find out after
