I really like this shop because it’s not a barber or salon.

Not everyone will be fond of loud rock music and some of the employees are a bit extreme relative to conventional tastes.

Front desk staff was welcoming before and after the service. She greeted me immediately as we walked in, asked if it was ok to answer customer phone call, then thanked me for waiting (30 seconds). Claudio gave my son a great haircut, treated him like a big kid, and made the experience easy and fun for him. He looks great and is proud of his haircut. We’ll be back.

Learn how to cut curly hair before you cut curl your hair. You shouldn’t scrunch or brush curly hair after it’s dry.

The salon is always clean. The employees are friendly. The atmosphere is calming.

Stylists are all skilled men and women, many with serious tats. Ambience is cool popular music. Facilities are first class. I’ll keep coming back.

Justin at the San Diego Mission Hills location is great. I’ve made him my recurring barber when I’m in town. I’m in and out in about 25 mins, which is perfect for me, and my cut is perfect.

Annie is great! I'm not always completely sure about what I want and she always gives me good suggestions about how to style my hair. Plus she super friendly.

Claudio was excellent. He listened to my issues with my hair and how I've not received good cuts from other hairdressers (not at Floyd's). He clearly explained what he recommended and now I love my hair. He knew exact what to do with my wavy, curly hair.

I don't use any products. I just go to get a haircut from Claudio, who always does a great job. He's been cutting my hair now for several years. He's very personable.

Awesome staff and Shelby's personality

I got color a week ago and my sides are almost totally gray. A retreatment seems only fair.

The back of my hair was messed up had to go to another barber to have it fixed. Back of my neck was squared on one end, rounded on the other
