I've gotten my undercut done here like 3 times when I couldn't get into my regular person. It's fine. This most recent time there were like 60 hairs that didn't get cut. So when my hair was up they stuck out on the side. I hate wearing my hair down, but I had to when I went into the office, to hide the hairs that didn't get cut and were sticking out. My head was cooler because I no longer had a half inch long undercut. And my regular person didn't charge me to fix it, but I still tipped her $20 as a thank you for getting me in quickly to fix it. So it costs me more to go to Floyd's than to just pay the $55 at my regular person to do it right the first time.

I got a beautiful cut from Khara. She was very likable and engaging. She made me feel comfortable and asked me throughout the cut if it was going the way I wanted. I’ve never had a stylist who was so involved. Very kind woman.

Haircut was 15 mins, nothing was precise it was just get it over with as fast as possible. Music too loud just not relaxing at all

I got a haircut that maybe took 15 min if that and got charged $44 for a “standard” haircut. Wouldn’t recommend based on prices alone. Ridiculous.

It has always been a great experience and the online booking system is great. Though I don't always get the complimentary neck massage, everyone is friendly. This past appointment the person who helped me also gave me some suggestions on hair products that I should try and appreciate the time to walk me through different options.

Her name was something like Maya or Maru. Sorry girl I forgot, but I had a pretty tedious request including my very overgrown undercut to be reshaped, bangs reshaped, hair trim, and long layers as well as shampoo. She executed everything that I asked and she was helpful explaining how she was going about her process. I get a lot of anxiety getting my haircut because I feel like a lot of the times I’m not asked my preferences before they start cutting but I felt like she really included me in the process instead of me leaving feeling like livestock like I usually do. Her explanations relieved a lot of that anxiety. I was actually pretty happy. Haven’t had a haircut that actually feels like myself in a long time so thank you.

It’s impossible to know what I’ll actually be charged for my undercut (female) unless I keep going to the same person. Some charge me for a full cut, and others charge for a neck cleanup. My cut takes 10 mins. Additionally, prices were increased recently and it makes less sense for me to get a 10 min cut for the cost.

We were there for a kids cut, everyone it went very well and will definitely be back

It's safe to say that I'm a frequent and loyal custom. My barber (Rueben) is my good to guy every two weeks. Very meticulous, precise and master of his craft. He makes the experience extremely enjoyable and great conversationalist
