After many years with Yanni who left in July I have been trying new people. I forgot to explicitly ask for an eyebrow trim like she always did, and I got an embarrassing comment from a friend about my bushy eyebrows after my haircut :(

They took me quick! I was a walk in! My stylist was great, she had an awesome personality and a sense of humor, and she did a great job on my haircut. My hair was very long, and it was time to cut it! I think I may have forgot the nose hairs, lol The price was, for me, I guess a bit reasonable , since I hadn’t had a haircut since 2006 and the military gave me them for free. Lol So I think I’m gonna go to Barber school since they make a good living! And you get A/C a great environment along with Rockin Tunes! And a very personal comedy show!

You made me a last minute appointment, I hauled up there and was on time only to be told "Princess was too backed up"??? And 15 minutes before they come in she's got a 1pm. It felt like a bait and switch. Worse was, my cutter totally chopped my hair up and talked the whole time about color and dyes (she was kind) but it made me so confused and anxious what to do next.

I showed her the hairstyle on my phone, but the haircut looks completely different. The finishing is also very poor, with uncut hair near the ears and sides. Very disappointed, I expected at least a 50% match, but it wasn’t even close. Looking completely odd, it was my mistake to come here

It is better to call and make an appointment, otherwise you will have to wait a little while for a barber to become available.

I was in for a no. 0 medium-high fade with a half inch off the top + beard clean up. Really nice person but neither got done right.

I love the music theme and the music that’s played. My appointments are reliable. The place is clean and comfortable. And the price is reasonable.

The level of service has really decreased at both locations I frequent. If a service includes additional perks, the provider shouldn’t ask the customer if they would like those perks to be performed, and then act frustrated when the customer says yes.

I have never had a bad experience or haircut from the stylists and barbers at Floyd's.

Edwin was exceptional. He listened carefully to what I asked for. He even showed me photos of what he thought I wanted to ensure he was clear on how I wanted my hair cut. He was very precise in cutting my hair. I was very happy with the result.

Floyd's has a strong Rock and Roll vibe, which is cool, but it's pretty loud in there. The chairs are close together, which makes supervising a young child during a haircut challenging. All that said, I'd still recommend Floyd's to people not prone to sensory overload.

Recommending only if it’s “Princess”, I tried letting some guy “James Dean” cut my hair here and trimmed my beard awhile back… I’ve never had more of a hack job my whole life and he also smelled like an ash tray.
