You made me a last minute appointment, I hauled up there and was on time only to be told "Princess was too backed up"??? And 15 minutes before they come in she's got a 1pm. It felt like a bait and switch. Worse was, my cutter totally chopped my hair up and talked the whole time about color and dyes (she was kind) but it made me so confused and anxious what to do next.

I showed her the hairstyle on my phone, but the haircut looks completely different. The finishing is also very poor, with uncut hair near the ears and sides. Very disappointed, I expected at least a 50% match, but it wasn’t even close. Looking completely odd, it was my mistake to come here

The level of service has really decreased at both locations I frequent. If a service includes additional perks, the provider shouldn’t ask the customer if they would like those perks to be performed, and then act frustrated when the customer says yes.

I have never had a bad experience or haircut from the stylists and barbers at Floyd's.

Edwin was exceptional. He listened carefully to what I asked for. He even showed me photos of what he thought I wanted to ensure he was clear on how I wanted my hair cut. He was very precise in cutting my hair. I was very happy with the result.

Floyd's has a strong Rock and Roll vibe, which is cool, but it's pretty loud in there. The chairs are close together, which makes supervising a young child during a haircut challenging. All that said, I'd still recommend Floyd's to people not prone to sensory overload.

I get a good, quick haircut from Thai every time.

I was driving through on a business trip from Dallas and stopped in for a quick haircut. The stylist was not nice and I am completely not satisfied with the hair cut. She made me lay down in the chair so she could reach my head instead of just standing on a step stool or something. It was very uncomfortable to
Lay down yet hold my head up and be still. I tried to make small talk but the stylist did not engage at all. And my haircut, it does not even look like I got a haircut. I go to Great Clips in Allen, TX and it’s always a great haircut. Sad that I had such a bad experience at this Mopac location.

We are so pleased with Edwin. He is a real artist! He is so gentle with our son and is never rushed. We’ve tried other locations and brands in the area but always left wanting and with bad haircuts. Thank you Edwin for treating a “kids cut” with the same respect and care as an adult’s haircut. We will continue to be faithful customers as long as Edwin is there!
