When I booked my appointment online, it wasn’t clear that I was booking for one particular stylist. When I arrived at the shop early for my 4 o’clock appointment I had to wait a little while, which wasn’t a problem, but there was another gentleman that came in and had a 415 appointment. Since I didn’t understand that I was actually booking with a specific stylist, I mistakenly thought that I lost my place in line. so Making the app a little clearer that you are booking with a specific stylist instead of just booking a time would be very helpful.
Haircut was ok. Took longer than it should. Way overpriced. Its a shame you just can't go get a standard haircut any more. Nah, you gotta drop $40 plus after a tip and for what, some dude to rub over your shoulders with a hand massager. No thanks. I had to stop there in a pinch and figured Id try it anyway. Cool vibes and music but I wont be back on price alone. Tack on another $25 if the barber touches up your beard. If I want a salon treatment ill go to a salon/spa. Bring back barbershops!

I was so pleased with the haircut that my 7 year old son received. Chris took his time and gave my son the best haircut he has ever had. The pricing was good, and Chris was very professional.
This was our first time. We made an appointment because another local barbershop is always packed and there is always a long wait. Despite having an appointment, we waited 35 minutes for my son to get a haircut. I did not specify a barber because we were unfamiliar with anyone there. Apparently we received a barber who was very green to cutting hair and he did a horrible job over the course of an hour while son cried in his chair. I gave very clear direction as well as showed him a picture of what my son wanted multiple times. At the end of the hour, I told him it was fine so that we could leave. Needless to say, I had to go to the other barbershop the following day to have it fixed. This place may have potential, but they definitely need more seasoned barbers and better Customer service.
My hair stylist didn’t check in with me as she was going. The haircut itself was pretty good, but the biggest reason I marked this low was that the beard trim felt a lot like guesswork, and I had to ask for a straight razor to be used (she didn’t clean up any of my beard lines until I asked).
Too high in price. People were nice. I can get a haircut in Mt. Pleasant for $20-$25. Not coming back. I was astounded at the price!

I received a haircut and it was the worst I’ve had in my life. It’s a bowl cut when I asked for a fade on the side and longer on top.
Kimri was very good. I am very happy to have found her. We moved here from Pittsburgh and I have tried 3-4 others stylists. I will not be looking anymore. Thank you!

We had a great experience getting my kids’ haircuts here. The place is very clean, and the staff is friendly, patient, and professional. They made my kids feel comfortable the whole time, which made everything so much easier. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming spot for children’s haircuts

My son has hair just above ear length, yet I was charged for longer hair length…(ear to shoulder) at $45. Last time he went in (hair was same length) it was much cheaper. I won’t pay this price again ….too pricey for a teen haircut.
My hair cut with Jen was fine, but my problem is with the front of the store where the person accepting payment wouldn't accept my $10 off reward for joining and becoming a member. The $10 off reward was promoted to go toward a haircut within 45 days of receipt of the email.
I joined this past Sunday, where I received the $10 off email and when I tried to use it that very same day for my very first haircut at your facility, she appeared to be very confused. I showed her the email on my phone and said "oh, that stopped yesterday". I said how could it have stopped yesterday when I just got this email a couple of hours ago.
She didn't say anything and basically stood there not offering to do anything.
I paid full price and left the store quietly.
I decided not to post this as a review for the world to see as I'm sure you are still figuring some logistics out.
