They barbers don't listen to what you say and for 40$ they should. He just butchered the **** out of my hair and made a bald spot when I all I said was a little off the top and sides and don't even touch the back yet all under and inch. Terrible.

I came to your shop to have Lance cut and color my hair. I saw him at one of your other shops several weeks ago. I dropped by there and found out he was at another shop.

Felt rushed. Haircut and beard trim in about 15 minutes. I feel like there could have been more attention to detail. Tried to communicate about a little but she didn’t seem too engaged so just wanted to get out of there.

Isaiah is absolutely phenomenal! If you’re looking for the best fade in Lexington, this is your guy. He gives me a Hollywood fade every single time that is crispy, clean, and consistent. He also sharpens up my beard to absolute perfection—I leave his chair looking and feeling like a million bucks. Literally the best service I’ve had. I’d refer him to anyone looking to upgrade their look. Do yourself a favor and book with Isaiah.

Kim isa highly skilled, professional and friendly barber. She is the only reason why I patronize Floyd's Barbershop. However, the overall atmosphere at Floyd's is bleak. There are rarely more than 2 other customers in the shop as the other barbers sit idly by. The graphics on the wall make it look even more dismal. Obviously, the people at the top do not market or promote the shop. It appears that you are expecting customers to simply walk in only because they happened to notice that it is a barbershop when they were shopping at one of the other businesses. I had never heard of Floyd's 99 and would never have seen it if I hadn't gone to Jersey Mike's for a sandwich. Unless you deliberately want your barbershop to fail, I would highly recommend that you do something to promote it and improve the atmosphere and get to know you potential clientele. You are in a family neighborhood not a college campus.

Haircut was very rushed and left me with unfinished fade that I didn’t notice until I got home because I can’t see if from the reflection in the mirror that far away. I have a very clear a visible line going around my head that was not faded and the top wasn’t layered so that it allows my hair to lay down naturally.

You can't make things right hair grows back but the weed smell in the place is a complete turn off not to mention still illegal some people dont smoke that **** bc drugs are bad. Secondly I spent over a year growing my hair out with 2 bottles of shampoo/conditioner it was over 100$ this is kentucky I only bought the crap because the girs that messed my line up was cute. There were 2 employees in the shop and 0 clients. That says you treat people badly. You have a moral responsibility to have good customer service people put their trust in you to make them feel socially acceptable and you apparently have a crap staff. The register guy was kind of rude im hard of hearing let him know that and he still had loud music and spoke low just to be a ****. Personally id cut the whole staff that dosent get 5 star ratings and re-hire. No kids should ever be in that place it was straight up police trap city if a cop was to walk by you'd get shut down. Be careful maybe stop with the oh you're cool because you smoke weed **** this ain't high school its a business. Make a good business decision. You clean up the staff and stop the immature **** I might recommend you there are more professional staff at great clips. Ffs

The ladie do the hair cut we all the respect I think she need glasses I show a picture how my son has his hair cut she cut just like Greatclips so fast and not good . I definitely miss the ladie name Molly she was a very professional and sweet ladie . Sorry but that's my personal opinion . Thank you .
