Daniel is an amazing barber, he takes his time, makes you look extra crispy and never disappoints. Ive gone there amd an appointment was messed up and they said I could go someone else, I declined and waited for Daniel. I would follow him where ever he cuts hair.

I came in to get my split/dead ends cut and have the nape of my neck more presentable for when I put my hair up high into a ponytail. My neck was given a hot shave which I didn't ask for, and I wanted to talk about products to use to keep my hair looking shiny and healthy since I have seborrheic dermatitis, and the Ketoconazole murders my hair and makes it look dry, but barely any conversation was had towards it after mentioning it.

I keep getting bad haircuts. This one was rushed because I needed to leave sooner than I thought, but it still turned out poor. They keep doing the same style of haircut that I don't want. I have been very specific with my requests, but it's like they only know how to do one type of cut. I don't think I'll be returning.

I’ve had the best haircuts and the worst haircut here. Steven is great, but I was scared to come back because of my last haircut. I believe her name was Erica. I was actually embarassed, but I’m not someone who complains. I just pay and leave. But man, it was baaaaad. I think she was done in about 5 minutes, and there were chunks that were way longer and nothing was even.

I went in for a 1" splitend trim and neck clean up for $45!! That's before tip... a10 min trim. It used to cost around $20 and the other $20 would be tip, you know? Dang.. I still tipped my $20 but either I tip less now or find somewhere else to go :/

Great service very friendly

I went into the store on an emergency and I selected the Barber with the most experience 11 years, sat on her profile. Needless to say, I was completely disappointed with her service. The fact that she was able to cut my hair in under 20 minutes, just proves that she no longer values her skills and only wants the volume to come in. She did not cut my hair at all the way I wanted to there was no attention to detail, never again will I be going to a chain like this.

The barbers are always the best and confident in their abilities. Puts my mind at ease knowing I'm going to get a quality cut. I like the atmosphere as well.

My 11 yr old gets his hair cut with Jordan she has done an amazing job. I took my 16 yr old in for a cut with the man that sits next to her. My son had been growing out his hair so when he decided on a style he would be able to accomplish it. His hair was long enough to be cut the way he wanted. He walked out looking like dumb and dumber with a straight bang but. We sat and let this guy cut for 45 mins asking me what i thought he should do the whoole time until I said please stop cutting. I kept repeating I dont know anything about cutting hair. The lady next to him noticed my frustration and stepped in and helped save the cut as best she could from that point. He 100% does not know what he is doing. The cut was not a complicated one. If this would have been my first experience instead of Jordan I would never come back or step foot in there again.

Got the haircut exactly like I wanted it.

I had to go to another barber to have my fade fixed and pay another $45. I ordered the scalp cleansing add on and my barber didn’t even know how to do it. He was reading the directions and the barber next to us told him what to do and even where to put the towels.

Kelley is always amazing. She knows just what to do to my hair to make it cool and she's always fun to talk to.

Erica is a great stylist! She understands my struggles with my hair and she knows how to cut it so that it looks great without me needing to be very good at styling it!

Jordan did an excellent job!

I showed Steven a picture of what I was looking for and ask him to start with a half blade at the bottom and fade it up. He started with a zero at the top of the fade so basically the whole side of my head is zero. No fade at all.not what I asked for and not what picture shows.

I wear a slick back undercut, and I’ve had a lot of issues finding someone who with cut, shave, and style it correctly. The I found Jordan. She listened to what I had to say and understood what I was looking for. She even pointed out a couple of things I decided to change up. She did a freaking awesome job and was a pleasure to work with. I’ll go back and request her again for sure
