I came in right on time for my appointment and waited 45 minutes to get my hair cut, but didn’t. Multiple people came in after me and got sat before me. No body came to see if I was waiting for a cut. I asked the person on the front counter if there was just a longer wait due to lower staffing, and didn’t recieve an actual reply. I left after a guy that came in at 3 started his appointment before I got mine. (My appointment was for 2:15)

Try to stick to schedule and be on time with the appointments. I needed to reschedule my appointment because the associate was behind schedule and the next day was the same

I did not want to have any miscommunication so I actually wrote down on a small piece of paper beforehand that I went over with my stylist at the beginning. Just a few things not a big list. I wanted my hair cleaned up but kept long. Along with a few other small things to note. I went over the list and gave it to him which he set on the counter and just ignored. It took me almost 2 years to grow my hair out this long. I had worked with your stylist Juli P in Fort Collins on Harmony during this long time period to get to this point. My wife loved my long hair. It wasn’t long any more after this visit. He took it off after all this time. I and my wife are sadly disappointed. I told her I will try to grow it back but it will take a very long time.

Jess was very professional and gave me exactly what I was wanting. I told her I had no idea where I wanted to go with my cut but with her knowledge of everything, she was able to help me figure it out!

This barber goes way too fast. She is moving to fast and too rough. I winced twice and kind of asked her to slow down.

I think Floyd's is overpriced, but otherwise the experience was great.

For the first time since I've been going to Floyd's for several years now, I got a bad haircut, or at least one I did not like. I kept hoping I would get used to it, but after a couple of weeks, I decided to go back and see if it could be fixed. I opted to book with one of the headliners, Sam. Sam was fantastic! She fixed the bad haircut, gave me the straight razor shave, and the shoulder massage... all that was missing from my previous visit. She singlehandedly restored my faith in Floyd's. I will be back and I will book with Sam again if she is available.

My son's hair is curly, and we usually go to another place, but they always seem to cut too much off. This stylist took the time to talk with my 14-year-old about the style he wanted before she started cutting his hair. She listened carefully and made sure he was happy with the plan.
We had a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place.

Your stylists consistently do a good job. Only got one with room for improvement ever.

The majority of the coupons offered are for new customers. Honor your repeat customers. Do not rely on FB to do so, look to direct email to offer meaningful discounts to your existing customer base. If you don’t you are just like McDonalds that lost market share for overpricing their menu. Is that the road you want to go down? People are pissed off about rising prices.

I’ve had Avery as my hairstylist for a long time now and she always does my hair right.

My son’s mid length haircut was very uneven with big gaps in his hair. I even had to show him a few places where there were long pieces of hair that needed to be cut
