My haircut was fine. My son's haircut with Elizabeth R did not go how I asked. I only asked for a 2 on the sides and to trim up top 1/2 inch. She ended up cutting about 5-6 inches off his hair and he was really upset.

I have been getting my hair done at Floyd’s now for a couple of years. Always get a great cut!

My hair is jet black… I specifically said I didn’t want my hair to be jet black but gradually blended, this is first time I colored my hair and I am very disappointed. Should have gone to a professional salon for a coloring. She left the coloring in way too long, 15-20 over recommended time, she kept telling me it would wash out. Terrible barber experience.

It was my first visit with no expectations. Everything was clean, people were friendly, and Danny was very personable. I appreciated that he let me lean on his 30 years of experience and helped give me a new style that I really love!

Heather did a great job! She did my hair exactly as I requested, and made my beard look better than it has in months! My visit was awesome, and I know where to go the next time my hair grows out!

My baby’s lineup was messed up, I asked what happened and the barber ignored me. Just got him a hot towel and walked me to the desk

As much as I like this company I’ve gone to this location 4-5 times now and have only left happy once.

Totally disappointed by the stylist. He was just outright rude.
