I like the feel of Floyd’s and the vibe there.

I been to Floyd’s many times. But it was the first time I went to the North Gate location. Rhea was so welcoming and an amazing stylist. Her work ethic and knowledge is something I haven’t seen in a while. I love my new look and the product she recommended. I will definitely be back.

I have always wanted to like Floyd's. I've tried several stylists and have realized the standards just aren't high as a franchise. I'll be unfortunately moving on to try different salons from now on :(

North gate Floyd’s has a great atmosphere, everyone’s chill and get you whatever you need. Beats north academy Floyd’s all day.

I was hoping to get some help on new ways to style my hair and beard but the stylist only wanted to provide me with what I’ve had in the past. When asked what I usually get she took that and started before I could think about what I wanted.

My hair at first seemed to be cut sufficiently but later noticed there was a lot of long hairs that were missed.

I was placed in a booth near the door and had my hair cut facing the lobby and other guests which was very uncomfortable and awkward. In this position I also only got to see how my hair cut and beard trim looked at the very end with only seconds to review.

I did not enjoy this experience and will likely not return to Floyd’s for future help.

Jax is amazing and I always love what she does with my hair! She is friendly and down to earth, and a joy to talk with as well. She is also super talented!

Natasha is the best. I've struggled to find someone that is good with the scissors, and once I found Natasha, problem solved. So much so that I've followed her to mutliple locations, and I'm now bringing all of my kids to her. She's a keeper.

Your online booking sucks when you book a hair cut and shave and the app makes it wait times between services that is way to long and it doesn’t inform you

She always asks if I see anything I would like fixed and I never see anything that she has missed. She is awesome and I always recommend her to people that ask about where to get a good haircut.

I followed Cassie from the cinema shop. I like how she does hurt my hair I like talking to her or getting getting up to what’s going on in each other’s lives. She’s just very very great stylist and I would totally recommend anyone to her. I was recommended by someone from my bus route to go to to go to the cinema shop and I went to another lady and then I went to Cassie cause I read her profile and I would 100% recommend her to anyone I talk to

Friendly staff & took care while cutting instead of trying to get people in & out!

Stylist was great. She understood what I was looking for and took the time to ask a few questions. Clarifying a few things.

While I think the barber was engaging and talked the entire time he was cutting my hair, he didn't actually cut what I was asking for, and didn't provide any of the other services during or after the cut. It seemed like he was really anxious to just get the cut over with and get out of there since they were going to close 15 mins after my haircut was done. Very disappointed overall.
