Natasha is the best. I've struggled to find someone that is good with the scissors, and once I found Natasha, problem solved. So much so that I've followed her to mutliple locations, and I'm now bringing all of my kids to her. She's a keeper.

Your online booking sucks when you book a hair cut and shave and the app makes it wait times between services that is way to long and it doesn’t inform you

I followed Cassie from the cinema shop. I like how she does hurt my hair I like talking to her or getting getting up to what’s going on in each other’s lives. She’s just very very great stylist and I would totally recommend anyone to her. I was recommended by someone from my bus route to go to to go to the cinema shop and I went to another lady and then I went to Cassie cause I read her profile and I would 100% recommend her to anyone I talk to

Friendly staff & took care while cutting instead of trying to get people in & out!

Stylist was great. She understood what I was looking for and took the time to ask a few questions. Clarifying a few things.

While I think the barber was engaging and talked the entire time he was cutting my hair, he didn't actually cut what I was asking for, and didn't provide any of the other services during or after the cut. It seemed like he was really anxious to just get the cut over with and get out of there since they were going to close 15 mins after my haircut was done. Very disappointed overall.

After I got home I realized there were a ton of longer hairs still that didn’t get hit. She should have went multiple directions a couple times to make sure it was all even.

Fast service. Not as busy, Easter to get an appointment. My favorite stylist is there now!
