Desperate mother of 2 kicked the “school day photos” haircut until the day before on a Sunday!!! Staff was kind and patient. Squeezed one in right away and scheduled my other and myself the next day with enough time!

Haircut is getting kind of pricey

I can’t really comment on the rest of the barbers, fade game was solid but the haircut on top was very uneven. Aside from the cut not being worth what I paid the dude was very friendly but I am not impressed or satisfied with this being my first visit to this shop.

The stylist was absolutely rude when showing her the styles my son wanted.

Nice environment, clean, good price and nice people.

I have been with Floyd's since about 2007 same location even when it moved . I tell everyone about Vanessa G .

The kid that cut my son's hair was super cool. Very polite and treated my 8 year old like a big kid, asking him what he wanted and how he liked it once finished.
However, the choppy *** haircut will take some time to grow out! Lol I'm sorry, but dang, it's really really not good!

Stylist did not listen to me. Verbally confirmed what I said I wanted for a hair cut and then did not follow said plan.

The system of making appointments is ridiculous , need to commit to a profile to even see if there is a time , also need ot commit to a barber whom never seen before. too much is placed on accounts and profiles to even get started. just allow walk ins and or have an option to see availability. Taken the real world out of service, barbers / stylist ends up just doing sausage factory franchize cookie cutter options.
