Absolutley insane how much you charge. Also the stylist did a terrible job at explaining when things would be an up charge. If a stylist offers something then they also need to say that it's an additional charge of X. Things that are free at other places you charge extra for.

Scheduling was easy, and the person who cut my hair was really kind and friendly.

The staff was friendly and my stylist was very helpful. She really paid attention to what I was looking to get done and didnt try to push any unnecessary services.

I went in for a straight razor shave on my HEAD!!!! I TOLD HIM NOT TO TOUCH MY GOATTEE, MUSTASH, ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT!!! I thought that he was throwing it a mustache trim on the lip line and he had me lean my head back. Mind you I repeatedly said not do touch anything that delt with it and that MFr cut 2" off the back of the goatee during the shave, 11/2 of the lenght of the handlebars, when he did the lip line he thinned the mustache over a inch, the worst part was taking almost 3 inches off the middle of the bottom lip and giving me a F ing soul patch! The manager on duty said, we'll we took the beard trim off that I NEVER ASKED FOR!!!! **** THAT PLACE! Took years to get it that way and my hair doesn't grow that fast anymore due to getting older and before the cut I ask what was the best thing an the market for growth!!!

I've been an extremely loyal customer the last 6 months. Unfortunately even though I book my appointment a week in advance, it's more often that not my stylist either shows up an hour late missing my appointment. Or the front desk calls and just cancels my appointment because my hair stylist won't be coming in that day. Completely unprofessional and just disrespectful to a customer to just cancel my appointment the morning of my haircut. Wildly disappointed

I cannot say enough about how happy I am with my haircut. The stylist listened to what I wanted, asked great clarifying questions and I left very happy with the end result. I've received so many compliments. I will be back.

Would never return here nor recommend this place. Hair stylist cut the back of my neck multiple times drawing blood and left so many hairs on my neck and haircut was not what I had asked for.
