I did not have an appointment but they worked with me and squeezed me in since I was only there for a quick buzz cut.

We made an appt 2 weeks prior, confirmed via text directly after making the appt AND email the day before (seems a bit excessive). Even after that, we showed up early, and had to wait 45 MINUTES after our scheduled appt time. When my son finally got in the chair for his kid's cut, I was clear about the time we had to leave and asked if we had enough time, because I didn't want to rush her. We would have just gone somewhere else at a later time. She assured me we would, but that could not have been further from the truth. It took her longer than the allotted time I gave her, and we were late for our next appointment. Having said that, it was a good haircut, but unfortunately, the experience is not one I would revisit.

I’ve been going to Kyrstie for many years now and she’s always done a great job with my hair. I bring my whole family to her and we are always very happy with her abilities and overall personality.

We love Kyrstie, she’s the reason we keep coming back.

People MUST have a notecard of exactly what they want and a few pictures to support it. When thats done, they will walk out the barbershop feeling like an entire new person.

I get great haircuts from Marie. I have not had as good of haircuts from others there. One was God awful but they don't work there any longer. In any event, I like Marie, but not so much the others. BTW, I have been multiple times to the Prosper TX shop and its horrible.

Appointments are easy to book. Stylist is efficient and personable. I've been requesting her services for a couple of years now. And you guys play some VERY cool music. (Seriously - I heard a track by Television on my last visit. Can't remember the last time I heard them played outside of my own music library!)

I got my haircut from Abby, and she knew very well how to work with my hairstyle. She was very considerate to how I wanted my hair styled and shaped, she even asked questions regarding those topics, and my haircut came out how I really wanted it.
