Appointments are easy to book. Stylist is efficient and personable. I've been requesting her services for a couple of years now. And you guys play some VERY cool music. (Seriously - I heard a track by Television on my last visit. Can't remember the last time I heard them played outside of my own music library!)

While Jessica was kind enough to take me after something went wrong with my on line appointment, my hair cut was horrible! It is noticeably uneven. She barely looked at the pictures I brought and my cut was done in what felt like, 15 minutes. I gave her a big tip because I appreciated her offering to take me. She charged me $55 dollars which wasn't even in line with what you have posted. She is not a "headliner". The cut is horrible and with tip I payed $70. I do not believe you have stylist that are worth your prices! Taylor, who I thought I had an appointment with, is the only one in my mind that is worth a $50 haircut.

I unfortunately cut my daughter’s hair so I came to Floyd’s for a quick inexpensive fix. I showed the stylist exactly what we were going for. We asked for face framing layers, curtain bangs and layers through out her hair for texture. I showed her a photo as well. Although I cut my daughter’s hair it was fixable. The stylist decided that she would ignore what we asked for and wing it. She gave my daughter full fledged bangs that lay across her face right above her eyebrows. There so very little layers still so it looks like just bangs with no texture still.

My daughter left and was completely mortified. She stood there and hugged the lady when they lady leaned in for a hug but the second we got to our car she broke down in tears. My daughter is 12 so one she’s not going to be rude and say to the lady she didn’t like her haircut but also my daughter needs glasses so she didn’t get a full good look till after it was done.

Overall this is absolutely awful experience and I remember why I stopped coming here. We asked for something and left with something completely different. Hair is important for self esteem and this has really upset my daughter.

I normally love coming to Floyd’s but my last experience was awful. I don’t think I will be back. My stylist Jessica had to trim my hair 3 different times and in the end, left my hair too short, and my beard too long. I was left feeling upset and dissatisfied, and genuinely embarrassed with how my hair looks. She also told me that she has “PTSD” with cutting hair because while growing up, her mother would trim her hair too short and it left her feeling unhappy. Respectfully, why would someone with PTSD for cutting hair, be cutting hair. I even showed her a picture multiple times of how I wanted my cut, and in the end, it looked absolutely nothing like the picture.
