I ordered a $50 haircut when I reserved. When I checked out I was charged $133 including tip. The hairdresser had given a great haircut to my daughter but the had also snuck in a shampoo, hot towels, blow dry and style to my minor daughter without asking me or mentioning the additional charge. I paid without disruption so I could leave to figure out what happened but I wouldn’t personally go back.

It’s a nice space. The music used to be better but now it’s the Floyd’s barbershop channel and isn’t quite as good as before.

Ernesto was very informative on the Floyds products, and he did a great job on my hair.

I’ve been coming to Rick for quite some time. It’s like going to an old school barber having that familiarity and knowing you’re gonna get the same grade cut.

Aaron was amazing! I’m very particular about my hair and has the same barber for 16 years and he recently moved and have been looking for a new barber and hadn’t found one until Aaron. He literally treats his cuts like a work of art. Hes an artist!

I think guys that appreciate quality things appreciate a good haircut. It’s like a tailor, etc. it’s a skill that I just can’t do on my own.

Pricing. I understand ownership wants to make a handsome profit. They shouldn't. It's a barber shop. More than $30 for a skin fade is insanity. Stop being greedy. When the market crashes, you'll have no customer base and your stylists will all leave in frustration. Location is great, but it ain't everything.

This was my first visit to Floyd’s 99 as my regular stylist at another salon has been unavailable. After reading some reviews decided to Floyd’s as they are also one of few places open on Mondays.

Why am I getting a survey request so many months after my terrible haircut? I’d work on cutting the hair a bit longer if you’re unsure about how long the customer wants it, and then asking if they want it cut shorter than that. Or at least just following what they show you. Its better to ask the customer questions mid-cut instead of assuming
