I booked 2 appointments with Kylie. 1 for me and 1 for my son. Apparently the AI scheduler booked my appointment with a different stylist. I was not able to get my haircut.

Our stylist did an amazing job with both technical and social elements of the visit. I was disappointed that this was my second time to Floyd’s in 2 months (first time was originally booked with a diff stylist) yet both visits had my stylist running over 30 mins behind even though I booked my appt online. For the second visit, I did receive a text that they were running 15 minutes behind, but we were not seen until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment.

The girls at the register were super sweet and kind. They didn’t give us a hard time for using a coupon and the girl who did my daughter’s hair was fabulous. Quiet but talented with curly hair. Her name is Yari.
