Lots of turnover in employees never really know what you will get.

I like the atmosphere of the place and that there's a wide selection of different hair products available for different hairstyles in store.

I came in expecting to be cut by a barber only to learn there was no barber employed at Floyd’s BARBER shop. I feel a little misled and I still payed “barber shop” pricing. False advertisement if you will

The person unusually go to for a bear trim left. I tried another person who has “20 years experience” that includes beard trims. I told her to take an inch of the length and blend the sides to match the new beard length. When she finished my mead came to a point and the sides are cut much too short. Plus the shape she used just below my lip is nothing like what I had before. It was not a trim it was a complete makeover that I never wanted. My beard looks like I’m auditioning to play the devil. Finally my mustache trim was much more than a trim. I went from a nice full mustache to my upper li looking like it only has stubble. She was a nice person and I’m sure she is skilled at hair cutting/styling, but beard trim experience should be removed from her bio.

Great haircut, on the pricier side but I think worth it

Barber was great. Returned to them multiple times. They are quality. Its the cost that is the prohibitive part. It's hard to justify 50 bucks every few weeks for what amounts to clippering the sides and trim the top and ap tip. Im spending more than my wife and she only gets her hair done everything three months. Thinking of Elephant for their subscription to save money.

The front desk person, the person that answered my call when I called and my beard stylist were all great. My stylist even took the time to explain how to do it, about their product and about beard trimmers.

Barber was super quick, quite possibly 5 minutes in the chair. Very rough and aggressive. I ask her to trim the sides with a "2" and trim half off the top and she shaved the 2 much to high and cut off 3/4 or more off the top. It's almost a burr.

It was our son's first time at a Barber shop. He has been so excited about getting a low taper fade and has been asking for it for months. Glorianna was amazing with him and my son was very, very pleased with the results. He has already asked if he can go back next time he needs a cut. Definitely recommend!

Beard trim

I got right in and didn't have to hang around waiting. Barber did exactly what I asked and this was my 1st time at this place and this is the 1st time in the last 4 years that both my sideburns were cut to the same length. No more trimming touch ups for me.... I'll be coming back... 👍😊

We are always greeted when we walk in by the staff. Fortunately we are always able to get an appointment that works into our schedule and my son absolutely adores his barber, Zach. My son is VERY shy and has a scar on his scalp from a craneotomy that he is very self concious about, but Zach has always worked around the scar and my son's insecurities to make the hair cut look great. Trust me when I say, its not easy I'm sure, my son always wants some outlandish haircut that is generally meant for an ethnic persons hair texture instead of the thick blond hair he has and somehow, Zach seems to nail it every time. We appreciate the diversity of the staff at Floyd's and their willingness to try to accomodate the whish list of hair styles for everyone who comes through the door.

I've taken both my dad and mom here for hair cuts. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and warm. It's always a test to get my hair done with Ben and I always leave looking and feeling my best.

When we left that day I said we would use Floyd’s because Ben was great BUT after learning today that Brooklynn the receptionist, told her cousin (our ex DIL) we disrespected her during the appointment we will never return as long as she is employed there. This was our first appointment ever there with our grandson and we had no idea who she was. I’m sure you have cameras and can see the interactions. No one wants to return to a business where an employee has lied about you to cause drama. Sorry but recommending Floyd’s will not happen for us because of Brooklynn. Do better!
