Friendly, treated me well

Most of the time it feels worth the higher price than say Supercuts but sometimes a bad stylist happens and then it feels way overpriced.

I’ve always had a great experience at the Park Ridge location.

Mandy at Park Ridge location. Represents your brand well and was very welcoming and skilled. Keep her.

I paid $50 with tip for my haircut. It's about the same haircut that I was getting for $10 at the mom and pop place down the street from me.

Karlie was awesome, very engaging and friendly. Made the experience and looking forward to coming back!

I was in town for a conference & needed a fresh cut. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online & get in fairly quickly. Staff was very welcoming & helpful. The barber was efficient & provided a quality cut. Highly recommend!

Mandii was absolutely phenomenal. In addition to doing a great job cutting my hair and trimming my beard, her customer service was exceptional. I was having a very hard week (I was getting a haircut to look fresh for my mother’s funeral the next day), and she made me feel valued and seen. I saw her first thing in the morning, and she set me up for a good day. I really can’t thank her enough.

The stylist Karlie D. Headliner is not good at the job, she cut my hair in 10 minutes as if she was in a hurry for some other tasks and the requested haircut no way matches the finish and now I can’t go outside without wearing a hat for couple of weeks, and I also chose for shampoo service and she didn’t have the patience let the hair dry and then I had to dry my hair in my car ac vent, the shoulder massage she did is a joke, in my opinion any person who does haircut in 10 minutes is either lazy or racist and I am not sure where this stylist falls here, I could have saved my money by just trimming my hair completely at home. First time I am disappointed with Floyd’s

Omgawd like there are no words to describe what Eli can do with my hair. Always trying something out with the hair and Eli executes it to a T. Best barber there is.

I been to almost every Floyd's in Illinois. And this is by far my favorite Floyd's/barbershop. Highly recommend JP. He's an absolute masterclass. Great cuts great people and great conversations.

Barber thinks a mid fade is a high fade, barber also notified me he took off more hair than I requested after the haircut was over without saying anything. I will never be coming back to this location due to the lack of ability to follow direction.

I don't think they care enough about the customer to encourage me to tell people about them.

Services were great, but a bit pricy- loyalty coupons or something like that would nene nice with state of our current economy

Making a reservation online is super easy and my stylist, Thomas, is great. He has awesome customer service and I love the way he cuts and styles my hair. I get a lot of compliments on my hair.

I can't really say anything bad about anyone just that I was seriously disappointed. Id hate it if someone felt that way about me and my service so I know how it feels and didn't post anything about it online. Felt it would have been crappy to do that to someone. But I'll never be back there I'm sorry. I had to cut it myself with hairs sticking up and probably end up shaving it off so a 45 cut for nothing. Quite upset.

My teenager is very particular about his hair style, and Eli takes the time to discuss with him and makes sure to provide him with a style he's happy to wear!

She was rushed. Didn’t like the “swooping in” technique with the clippers. Had some areas of longer hair that I had to trim myself for a few days after to even hair out.0

Waited longer than my expected start time and had inadequate scissor cut off of the top.

My barber Ali Fayaz cut my hair exactly how I explained it. He actually made it better than what I expected. He's very welcoming and really professional.

Karlie did an amazing job fading me up. The last barber i went to really screwed it up and she did a wonderful job fixing the line so that it can grow correctly. Definitely will be coming back again

Roy is fantastic! I keep coming back and it seems as if he gets better and better each time! Highly recommend. He is very dedicated to perfecting each and every haircut and always offers great add ons like eye brow cleanup, shampoo and conditioner, back massage, hot towel, and he even uses product to style my hair after. Great guy!
