Got Floyd’s cut

I booked based on (1) $41 Floyd fade + (2) beard shape for $21 which would be a total of $62. (3) I booked with Ashley S. because she was said to specialize in textured hair. But when I arrived I was barely cut around the parameter with minimal fade as if she was inexperienced cutting shor textured hair and asked to pay $50 and so I did not do the beard since I was being overcharged for the hair cut, which was not well done or worth the $50. It was more like a $25 cut if that. Greatly disappointed.

Stylist left a.patch of hair on the back of my head that should have been shaved off.

I’ve gotten my hair cut by Brenna three times now and have no plans of stopping anytime soon. She is always warm and receptive to whatever I choose to do with my hair. She absolutely crushes a scissor cut. That’s my goat!!

I love the fact of the welcoming environment and the music is great. The only thing I do have a small issue with would be the pricing of the haircuts, but I know that’s not the staff’s fault either way great experience and I’m sure each and every barber or Hair stylist is unique in their own ways.

I was able to book same day appointment during my lunch time, in and out within 30 mins!

I had a very bad experience during my last haircut. The stylist spent way too much time on my neckline to the point that my neck hurt after he was done the clippers. When he did get to my crown, he oversprayed my hair to the point that water was running down my face into my eyes. He only spent about 5 minutes cutting the top before spending another half hour on my neckline. At the end of the haircut, the sides of my hair were unevenly long compared to my crown and back. But I didn ‘t complain because I just wanted to leave after about an hour. My usual haircut only takes about 20 minutes.

Came in with messy/overgrown head and facial hair, left with a slick cut and nice shave that thoroughly pleased my ego and my wife. Rachel was awesome, as always, and helped answer my questions thoroughly about upkeep, maintenance, and tips/tricks. 10/10 will always come back again!

The website let me sign up for a 12:20 appointment and I have to wait almost an hour to be seen. Yes, it was for “whoever was available” but the system shouldn’t have let me book for that time if no one was available for that time.

In addition the person who cut my hair was very new, which is fine, but no one offered support or checked in on them and my hair ended up uneven, messy, and not how I hoped it would be.
