My colorist was more interested in talking with her peers than me. She was pleasantly enough and the color was darker than what we had discussed but, she did tell me it would fade over time. I thought her station was neat & tidy. She did a consult before we started. I told her I wanted to do a Vik8ng inspired twist or braid. I showed her a picture that I have been showing all of my Floyd's stylists, barbers & so on. This picture was intended to give her an idea of what I'm going for 6 months from now. She didn't seem to understand my vision. She did offer me a hot towel during the rinse potion of my service.

I liked that Tiegan really listened to me and made suggestions to get my hair cut the way I want! Love the atmosphere of the place.

The lady that cut my hair was very nice and she did a good job. But all I had her do was clean up the hair above my ears and around the back of my neck. It took her about 10 minutes literally. And $35 plus tip seemed excessive for no more than she did.

A basic haircut should not cost $35. With a good tip it exceeds 40 which is more than I’m willing to pay.

My Stylist is one of 2 people who’ve gotten my cuts right and I am always satisfied with my cut. Never done me dirty for a picture day cut, date cut, or just a maintenance cut.

The manager was very helpful in selecting a stylist and Rachel is very talented in women’s long-layered hair cuts! I was very pleased and have received many compliments since I was there 24 hours ago!

When I asked for a buzz cut I thought I was good but then my friends and my parents noticed that my hair was patchy like someone cut only one part that’s why.

Lina cut my hair exactly like the example picture that I showed her. She listened to what I asked for and did exactly what I wanted. Very happy

Floyd’s 99 has been my go-to shop for many years. It’s always clean, they’re always helpful and stylists tend to stick around. I drive 60+ miles from Sulphur Springs and it’s well worth it to me. I highly recommend this shop for men and women.

Didn't not have a long wait and got a correct military haircut

Came in at 7:35 with them closing at 8 but was treated like it was 6:35, great service by the stylist and great team work with the attending hair stylist at the front desk. 10/10.

Excellent service during entire haircut.

Rachel was so great with my son Max. She sang along to the music playing and talked to him about his favorite music. She was very sweet and let my husband know that because she hadn’t cut it as short as the photo I sent, that if I saw it and decided it needed to be shorter she would fix it for me free of charge. She was right, it looks great the was she suggested! We will be back to get his future haircuts with her!
