A basic haircut should not cost $35. With a good tip it exceeds 40 which is more than I’m willing to pay.

My Stylist is one of 2 people who’ve gotten my cuts right and I am always satisfied with my cut. Never done me dirty for a picture day cut, date cut, or just a maintenance cut.

The manager was very helpful in selecting a stylist and Rachel is very talented in women’s long-layered hair cuts! I was very pleased and have received many compliments since I was there 24 hours ago!

When I asked for a buzz cut I thought I was good but then my friends and my parents noticed that my hair was patchy like someone cut only one part that’s why.

Floyd’s 99 has been my go-to shop for many years. It’s always clean, they’re always helpful and stylists tend to stick around. I drive 60+ miles from Sulphur Springs and it’s well worth it to me. I highly recommend this shop for men and women.

Came in at 7:35 with them closing at 8 but was treated like it was 6:35, great service by the stylist and great team work with the attending hair stylist at the front desk. 10/10.

Rachel was so great with my son Max. She sang along to the music playing and talked to him about his favorite music. She was very sweet and let my husband know that because she hadn’t cut it as short as the photo I sent, that if I saw it and decided it needed to be shorter she would fix it for me free of charge. She was right, it looks great the was she suggested! We will be back to get his future haircuts with her!

Jackie is the ****. I won’t let anyone else cut my hair. We have been on a journey together from when my hair grew past my shoulders to the tight fade I am rocking today. Regardless of where I live in the dallas area I will always got Floyd’s Richardson to get my haircut. She appears to be a good manager too. Her team seems happy.

It’s been 3 years, it’s consistent and I like what I get. However, every time I go in it seems as if another TV has been taken down or something has changed. Having TVs further removed just make it feel odd with what is once was.

The shop seems to be managed well. Consistent quality no matter which stylist you get.

Jackie G is THE best. Full stop. I reciprocate with extreme loyalty when i feel it for myself. She's been my barber for at least 3-4 years now. Whenever she's full schedule-wise or out on vacay, i wait for next opening she has. She has consistently cared for & asked about my family (who's she met one time) & life each time & cares about building relationship as well as ALWAYS bringing excellence to her craft.

Great customer service at the Richardson Tx location. I usually go to the Murphy Tx location but they were to busy to take me and my son as walk in’s on a Saturday, I get it! So I called over to the other location and asked if they had anybody that was experienced in the very specific fade that I wanted. The receptionist put me on hold and went and asked around, she got back on the phone and said yes we do. Of course my very next question was,
“Can you fit me and my son in?”
“We sure can, we will make a spot for you guys!”
WOW!!! Gotta love service like that! And to top it all off the hair cut was immaculate, I will now be driving an extra 20 min. To see the same stylist again!
