I asked for a 3 on the sides blended to finger length on top. My sides ended up being way too long and the top being way too short. I’ve always said it this way to every barber that’s cut my hair and it’s never turned out this badly. Since I had my glasses of during the haircut, I couldn’t see how it was being cut until it was already over. Didn’t want to make a scene there, so I paid and left without a word afterwards.

I’ve taken my son here several times and always leave disappointed. Staff always act annoyed to be working and are not friendly. The only reason I’ve continued to go back is the convenience of the location.

The stylist cut it very fast, i was in the chair like less than 10 minutes. No neck shave which was very surprising. The guy was friendly but seemed to just want to get me in and out. Good for when im in a pinch, but won’t be my home place.

normally, the Round Rock shop is OK. But I am going to try a different stylist next time.

Every time I go it’s a 50/50 chance my son is going to get a good fade. This time his fade was uneven

Barber Kathy hands smelled like cigarettes and had a beard trim that broke my skin out from dirty equipment. Hair was a butcher job and now have sores from the aggressive dull shaving and dirty tools.

The stylist (Kai) I've seen for over two years pitched a fit because I didn't like the haircut he had given me and asked him to cut it off because o had an interview the next day. He kicked me out of his chair after digging his clippers into the back of my neck and told the manager (Roxy) to finish my cut. I'll never be back. I followed this guy from Great Clips when he had zero clients and drove 30-40 min out of my way to see him. The ultimate betrayal. I'll never go back to another Floyd's because of him.
