I've never had a bad experience at Floyd's. The atmosphere is great, the staff and stylists are friendly, and my hair always looks amazing!

The appointment was on time, the haircut was perfect.

Love the overall look of the place. The barber and the rest of the staff was very nice and welcoming. Barber especially was super chatty and nice to talk with. Only criticisms I have is that the razor and the way he used it my my neck rash and hurt a bit after the haircut was done. I also wished he blow dried my hair a bit because I got so many cut hairs on my head that It took a while for me to fully brush off.

Chris is awesome and he shows genuine care that your cut is done properly.

My stylist Lena was an absolute gem! She took great care and effort to give me exactly the style I was asking for! She's awesome, I'm definitely coming back to see her again!!

Over priced for a forced 30 min haircut. My stylist is excellent, the only reason I return.

So I don’t even live near this location but Kent is the ONLY human in the Orlando metro area that seems to know how to nail every haircut I get so the drive is worth it. Great location overall from Kent to the front desk. Awesome experience every time.

The Floyd's experience has gotten more expensive while providing less of the perks and making it harder to walk in.

The experience at Floyd's can be great or average... need some common training.

Chucky always communicates so well with my son before he cuts his hair. My son is very particular about his hair and he only wants to go to Chucky because he says that Chucky listens to him. He knows that he's going to get a good haircut because his barber cares about the person in his chair. If Chucky were to ever leave and go somewhere else we would absolutely follow him. He is an incredible asset to Floyd's.

The guy who cut my hair has clearly never given a scissor cut in his life. I swore it was part of the requirements to get your license but I have to be wrong. He took maybe 10 mins to do the hair cut and I've never had a more uneven, choppy, and botched haircut in my life. That barber shouldn't be anywhere near your customers.

Eric does a great job cutting my hair. He is friendly and professional.
