Kent is the best stylist I’ve ever had. He has been cutting my hair since the day I moved here over 9 1/2 years ago no one else has cut my hair in that length of time except for Ken.

I was in a panic for a haircut since my stylist canceled my appointment. I used to go to Floyd’s so I gave them a call. One our layer I had a fantastic cut and a new stylist.

To expensive

$50 for a basic haircut is too much for a Floyds Barbershop. Where are the senior discounts for those on a retirement income?

You are not ‘reading the room’…. that price point is NOT your customer base.

And though your concept was initially novel, Floyds has MANY likewise competitors now who cater to their customer base much better than your company.

I have used Floyd's for multiple years and have recommended it multiple times. Currently I only go with Nicole but have had another stylist because of a need and she did as well . Thanks for meeting my needs.

I didn’t get the service I had requested. I asked for a straight edge shave and was given an electric razor shave. I feel I was charged $52 for services I never received. Come on $52 + tip for a quick haircut and a buzz razor shave. Who’s fooling who.

JOHN our hair stylist was great.

I was a walk-in and had never been here before. I just happened to stop by, and Harley took great care of me. She was very friendly, gentle, and professional. I really liked the hot towel and the shoulder massage too. Overall, a very good experience and I’d definitely come back.

Overall my family like Floyds and has been going for a few years now

I love how every stylist I’ve been to is very welcoming. Lena was the first person I’ve ever visited that left me styled exactly the way I wanted. Usually I go home and wash my hair to restyle, but she actually knew what to do with my hair. She was super professional and really kind. She explained everything she was going to do and listened to exactly what I wanted.

Reception at Mills and Orange were both very friendly and we shared some laughs over the phone. Love that.

I didn’t know what to expect but yall have left me trully impressed with the barber experience. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone I know!

I've never had a bad experience at Floyd's. The atmosphere is great, the staff and stylists are friendly, and my hair always looks amazing!

The appointment was on time, the haircut was perfect.

Love the overall look of the place. The barber and the rest of the staff was very nice and welcoming. Barber especially was super chatty and nice to talk with. Only criticisms I have is that the razor and the way he used it my my neck rash and hurt a bit after the haircut was done. I also wished he blow dried my hair a bit because I got so many cut hairs on my head that It took a while for me to fully brush off.

Chris is awesome and he shows genuine care that your cut is done properly.
