I took my kids for a haircut, and they each asked for a basic lightning bolt on the side of their head. When I checked out, I was charged a lining fee for both of them which seemed excessive. I would’ve done it myself. If I knew they were going to be charging me for it.

Overall I don't mind the experience of going, but I feel like the charm of a premium cut has lost its character and I'm passed off to newer stylists. I spent $100 for a head shave and a beard trim, so I would like to feel like that 100 there was better than sport cuts

Service was incredible! This was my first time visiting a barber shop, and I never felt more comfortable! Drake was awesome and provided awesome tips for maintaining my new hairstyle (Drake was quite funny too!) I definitely would recommend!

The entire haircut was rushed... when i left i realized that there was alignment problems and everything., also the barber didnt know how to do the head shampoo that I ordered so we just did a regular one, which turned out fine since I wasn't charged since it was my first visit. But I expected the barbee to take his time aligning edges and not rushing as much as he did.

Lue is a rockstar! She's guided me from one extreme to another with my hairstyles and has always knocked it out of the park. 99/10.

My hair wasn't cut evenly and the stylist didn't take her time to make sure she did a good job. When I had my neck shave I ended up with razor burn.

I appreciated how conversational Juan was. It was nice to have a conversation with a barber that wasn't talking about nonsense.

I liked the overall experience. The staff was friendly, and my stylist was pleasant and clearly skilled. I’m happy with how the haircut turned out.

That said, the pricing and service descriptions were confusing. What started as a simple Floyd cut with about 1.5” above the ear was classified as a “fade” rather than a Floyd cut, even though there was no fade in the back. The result closely matches the Floyd cut shown in the example photos online, yet I was charged for a fade instead which was $8 higher, making up for the new customer “coupon”. 😉

Because the distinction between cuts isn’t clearly defined and the pricing didn’t match expectations, the experience felt a bit like a bait and switch. I paid it, tipped nicely and left. While I really liked the cut and the stylist, the lack of clarity around services and pricing is why I’m giving a lower rating.

Price for a single cut is high; solely only go due to convience

The place is nice and clean. I'm very happy with my stylist Sarah , the cuts alway on point and the convo is always a plus . The rest of the staff are friendly and inviting when you walk in , pricing is good and worth the 2 week visits .
