I brought my son in for a cut. We have been in LA for almost a year and have tried many places, but were unhappy with all of them. We now found our spot! Cece was great! She listened to what we wanted and asked questions along the way. This is the best cut he’s ever had. Thank you Cece!

I'm not disappointed, I just need to find which stylists care at this location. I have been getting my hair cut at Floyd's locations for maybe 10 years now. I move a lot so I'm hopping between them. I find it hard then to find who I can call my go-to at the Floyd's in my new area when I move. My first experience here was great, second was a bit weird, this one was palatable. All different stylists. So why a 6, 1 was great, 1 was not so great, this one was ok. That's like a 6.333 avg? not bad.

Super super adequate! Isn't that all we can ask for nowadays?!
I'm happy. I'll probably come back for another try.

My previous experiences were amazing and I love coming to this location but I came back this morning 6/2 at 9am my name is bradey to get a touch up and the women (i forgot her name) cut my burst fade way to high. After going home and showering i realized it uneven from the left side of my head to the right. After cutting it way too high it appears to be a different haircut even though I showed her what my previous fade looked like. The lady felt very frazzled and she didn't seem very confident. When I asked her to add texture she seemed a little confused. I don't want her to get in trouble or anything but thought I needed to share the feedback. I'm not the person to come back and make a scene so i'm just going to live with the haircut until i I grows out and I can come back to the women who previously have cut my hair before today to get it done back to the way I like it.

Everyone there is always super nice. I bring my son for the convenience and price. Sadly, no one has really been able to cut his hair the way I ask for. I’ve brought photos and they always seem to understand but never follow through. It really seems like they only know how to cut hair one way. It seems that if asked to not use the clippers, they are not very knowledgeable at scissor cuts. For reference, my son’s hair is short but he does not like it above his ears. It is straight and fine. This seems to really throw them for a loop. Even after showing photos, of my son, with his last haircut that he liked, and being told by the stylist that they understood, he walked out of there with a very uneven and strange looking bowl cut. It looks like I tried to cut it myself. I dint say anything because I didn’t want to make a big deal. We just probably won’t go back. I’ve tried several times with different people but have just never had the right results. Everyone is so nice there and I’m sure competent at their specific cuts. Just maybe not for us at this point. Thanks!

Great staff, chill environment, good energy and quality haircuts

Its always a very relaxed and calm environment. I've gone to a few different locations in LA, and the barbers and hairstylists all have a friendly attitude and will go above and beyond to make sure you get the cut you want. The shoulder massages are pretty nice too!

I had a great experience at Floyd's Barber Shop. My barber really took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered a clean, sharp cut. I've been getting a lot of compliments on my haircut since, which says everything. Professional, consistent, and clearly skilled. I'll definitely be coming back.
