More stylists. Line too long

My hairdresser is the best, she’s so nice and does a great job! I’ll keep coming back!

After repeatedly asking the stylist to NOT cut me too high or too tight, they did it anyway making my wide face, even wider. It was disappointing but I think he meant well.

We waited 30 min past our scheduled time.

Unfortunately, my son had his hair butchered and not in a good way. His hair came out nothing like the picture. He showed the stylist and the stylist basically shaped off all his hair to his skin and left a chunk of hair on top. It looked horrible. we will never go back.

I had an appointment for 3:15. While the location did call ahead and left a voicemail saying they were running 10-15 minutes behind, I didn't begin getting my hair cut until around 4pm. This was well after the location had slowed down significantly and multiple stylists made eye contact with me sitting and waiting, some even nodding in acknowledgement. It almost seemed as though I was intentionally being made to wait.

I am very happy with Kendra G. I don’t really like the music or the decor with all those pictures of rock, stars and rock, ladies and etc..

Won is the BEST.

Sons hair was uneven, asked for a 2 faded into a 1” on top, ended up with a fade on the right side and back and a very abrupt line on the left with no fade, had to go to another barber to have it fixed. For my hair I went in with me hair done exactly as I do it everyday and asked for the same haircut just trimmed, the barber immediately stated combing my hair the other direction and shortening the length that I asked to keep constant.

I general we started trying Floyd’s about a year ago and have really only had 2 haircuts we have been happy with out of 5 or 6. This visit was the worst and the only time we’ve had to get hair fixed somewhere else. I don’t think we will be back for a while.

Clean organized professional

It is pretty loud in there but it is a very clean and bright atmosphere. The other stylists seemed very friendly and the guy at the front desk was very polite.

My brothers haircut went fine. It looked decent. However the stylist when it came time to do my sisters hair seemed a little short tempered and rushing and it did not end up looking very much like the inspo pic or what she was wanting.

Really solid all around. Good stylists, good vibe. It's the best chain if barbershops or hair cutters out there in my opinion.
