Really solid all around. Good stylists, good vibe. It's the best chain if barbershops or hair cutters out there in my opinion.

I showed up for my haircut which Ronnie immediately welcomed me, and invited me to sit in a chair she made specifically for me, whether that’s true or not is irrelevant and nobody will convince me otherwise.

We somehow got to talking about pirate video games, Joe Abercrombie books, and how her boyfriend could likely bench press a Honda civic.

During this amazing discussion she still was able to give me an amazing haircut, conversation, and enough chaos to keep me guessing.

11/10, will be back after I find a Honda civic for her boyfriend.

I thought that I booked a particular stylist, but when I received the confirmation, it was with a different individual that I had seen before and didn't care for. Why does your app ask me which stylist that I would like to see if it won't book me with that stylist? This was a real pain ... I had to call the store and cancel it, then start again...so frustrating!!!!!!!!

Floyd's in general might be ok but my stylist shouldn't be able to practice hairstyling AT ALL! Pushy, took her personal liberties on MY hair and RUINED my hair. I left worse than when I went in. Unbelievable experience!

We booked about 2.5hours before the appt time. We got a call about 10mins before the start of the appt, saying they were behind, and could we come in about 30mins later. They offered a discount, we agreed & they were caught up & did a good job. And kept their word about a discount, which was appreciated.

Hair was cut to exactly my style.

Still like Floyd’s, I go to it when I get the chance and this has never happened before but I asked for 2 off the top and instead got a 2 on top and I stopped her too late so had to just buzz off my hair which sucks. She was very nice and maybe she just misheard me. But maybe for something like that, either not pay full price for a haircut I truly didn’t want. It is what it is. Just don’t think someone should pay full price for a mistake made by the stylist.

Lish is the best stylist I’ve ever had! Highly recommend her.
