Friendly first meeting, helpful, listened to my need for a wedding haircut, no surprises.

As walk-ins work my 84 year old dad, they were very accommodating. His beard, mustache, and hair cut were cleaned up nicely and everybody was very sweet to us. Also, while he was getting cleaned up, they were nice enough to fit me in as well. I didn't get my dad's barber's name, but Lacy was great. She knew what she was doing. Not many places know how to do short hair for a female. It was exactly how I wanted it.

It was empty on a Saturday, which is already telling. I've been going here for the last 15 years, never have I been so disappointed. Cost went up, clearly pay went down because there were less stylists than I've ever seen and none seemed like they cared about the quality of service. I will never be coming back

We have had a lot of issues with scheduling. We are siligent on scheduling every 4 weeks on a Sunday and the past two appointments have been misbooked. Once for a Saturday and once for only one of our kids instead of two. there used to be a brilliant front desk person but since they left or were let go, it has been a mess.

Stylist seemed in a hurry. No offer to trim ears or eyebrows. Had to point out imbalance in skin deburns. Once home, found many inconsistencies in hair lengths Sweet kid but not again.

It was an extremely expensive haircut with very minimal layering for an 11 year-old. I can’t even tell she has layers.
In my opinion, I feel children’s cuts shouldn’t be as expensive as an adult haircut.
Even if an adult was having 8-10 inches cut off (with nearly no layering) $63 is a lot to charge for a haircut. I am aware I could saved a few dollars by opting out of a hair wash, but I feel it is still overpriced.
All the same, for $63 + a $12 tip ($75 total) haircut, the stylist could have dried her hair all the way.
Lastly, her hair looks absolutely nothing like the picture I sent in, but if it were dried with a a radial brush and had more layering it it’s very likely it would have.
