I felt like there wasn’t really a fair indication of the different hair lengths for woman. I have thick curly hair and my hair was not long. I was charged for a longer haircut. It felt more like it was because of time time and work it took for a hair. I think it may be better to distinguish the charge for more difficult hair or call it something else instead of upcharging for the length. My hair is incredible I just felt a bit embarrassed with my difficult hair. I have pictures that show my hair length and it was about shoulder length when I came in.

I have seen Aspen for a couple of years now. She is a great stylist and better person.

We were almost five minutes late, but were still seated quickly. The stylist was very fast, but responsive to my son's request- paid attention to the photos he showed as a model. And he really liked the result!

I have taken my kids to Floyd’s and recommended for a few years now. My most recent experience made me not want to return. I booked kids cuts for $29 a cut. After the cuts I was charged way more for the cuts. My kids ask for the same thing every time which is a zero or 1 mid fade with a trim off the top and never once have I been charged more. This time I was charged almost $45 per cut because of a “skin fade” which is not what was performed. I didn’t argue, paid and left but I will be taking my business elsewhere. The girl at the desk was rude and unwelcoming and the surprise change in price was ridiculous. If for some reason you believe what is being asked will cost more that’s something that should be disclosed beforehand not after. There is not a shortage of barbers out there. I am disappointed in the place I used to love.

The quality of a buzz cut is inconsistent. Some times it is clean and crisp other times it is sloppy. I don’t use thesame person because I schedule at the last second.

The stylist next to me was talking ill of folks with my political affiliation, and my religious beliefs. My barber was fantastic but the lady next to us cutting hair made it so uncomfortable, and non welcoming I won’t be coming back

M. completely destroyed my son’s haircut, made him wait until the next day to get it fixed, then he was rude and made it worse when he came in to get it fixed. Ended up having to spend another $40 on product to try and make this new hair “style” manageable. We have always supported Floyd’s due to their ties with T1D research, but we will not be coming back.

Mercury is truly incredible. I’ve seen her a handful of times now (with maaaany months in between visits) and she not only recognizes me, she remembers the exact specifications for the cut I want! I’m not sure exaggerating when I say, she’s the only stylist in YEARS who cut my hair the way I wanted it! I would follow her to ends of the earth!

Worst haircut ever had… sides don’t blend at all, it’s very choppy and uneven. Absolutely awful!! My son hates his haircut!
He was supposed to get a free hair wash and it wasn’t offered. I paid for it but then was told it would be free and then he didn’t receive anything.

The only issue is the price of the standard Floyd's Cut. As someone who is older, my older friends would be reluctent to pay $36 for a haircut. My barber's skill and personality is the one who has the most influence on my selection of barder shops.

I would recommend this location and send my friends to Marcus for skin fades.

I wouldn't recommend Marcus, but overall the people are good. I would have liked somebody else. I liked Katherine (I think that's her name) with the 444 sticker on her station. She's very sweet. I'm still new to this place, but I would like to come back. This time I'll be more prepared and probably ask for a specific person, than getting some random person.

My stylist didn’t talk my ear off and was very professional

I came in to get an undercut pixie, showed a picture to the girl, seemed like she kept trying to change my mind on what I wanted, told her to use #8 guard she did not, told me to " trust the process" she ruined my hair, cut the top WAY TO SHORT if she didn't know how to do the cut she should have said so have a very important event this weekend and my hair looks horrible.

Friendly staff and good stylists throughout the SW store. I have a preferred stylist but have never had a bad experience with anyone.
