Good overall experience. Seems like the A/C in the building has gone out or not fully functioning as they had a few mobile A/C units. Would more highly recommend if the person(s) in charge is the building could make sure the employees have a comfortable working environment.

My barber was kind and very skilled in her craft

Quick, professional, pleasant.

The older woman who cut my son’s hair did a horrible job. Even after asking her to fix a poor fade, it still looked like an amateur barber’s first cut. We had to visit another barber after to fix.

Location is convenient. That’s about it.

Liza (stylist) listens to me, which sounds simple but a lot of stylists do not and give you a cut "they" know how to provide. Customer service is also astoundingly good at the Littleton location near the mall.

She is now my barber period

They are so wonderful, I made an appointment online and it somehow got lost. They were so kind to move some things around so my son could get his back to school haircut. Really appreciated the kindness!

I felt like there wasn’t really a fair indication of the different hair lengths for woman. I have thick curly hair and my hair was not long. I was charged for a longer haircut. It felt more like it was because of time time and work it took for a hair. I think it may be better to distinguish the charge for more difficult hair or call it something else instead of upcharging for the length. My hair is incredible I just felt a bit embarrassed with my difficult hair. I have pictures that show my hair length and it was about shoulder length when I came in.

I have seen Aspen for a couple of years now. She is a great stylist and better person.

We were almost five minutes late, but were still seated quickly. The stylist was very fast, but responsive to my son's request- paid attention to the photos he showed as a model. And he really liked the result!
