The stylist rushed the cut and didn’t clean up the nape of my sons neck

The last two haircuts have been terrible despite having a picture reference. In fact for the last cut, we were so unhappy we went to Stroh Ranch Floyds where the manager had to fix my son's hair. If a stylist is not clear on what is asked for or unsure how to do it, they should say something.

Julie was amazing!

I scheduled a $36 haircut, went in and sat down at the chair and showed my stylist a photo of the look I was going for, she even took a photo on her own phone and set it up by the mirror for reference. She said at most a #4 on the sides and about 1.5-2 inches on top. Well we end up done and she tells me she tapered my hair down to a #1 guard?? And I have about .5 inch of hair on top of my head? Then I was charged $44? I’ll just be wearing a hat until my hair grows back and actually looks decent. Super disappointed and unfortunately this isn’t the first subpar haircut I’ve received at this location.

Store kept clean, employees looked like they enjoyed their job.
