I scheduled a $36 haircut, went in and sat down at the chair and showed my stylist a photo of the look I was going for, she even took a photo on her own phone and set it up by the mirror for reference. She said at most a #4 on the sides and about 1.5-2 inches on top. Well we end up done and she tells me she tapered my hair down to a #1 guard?? And I have about .5 inch of hair on top of my head? Then I was charged $44? I’ll just be wearing a hat until my hair grows back and actually looks decent. Super disappointed and unfortunately this isn’t the first subpar haircut I’ve received at this location.

My hair looked very untamed when I walked in. Following the hair cut by Jason I was feeling young again and could walk tall once again. Thank you Jason you are a miracle worker and will forever follow you.

The lady that cut my hair this time is trying to fix the issues from my last cut. I will never go back to the Smokey Hill location again. The are more about talking to each other than paying attention to their client. If someone has sideburns then you ask if they want them removed before you take all of them. That cut looked stupid. Still looking for another barber.

I asked for a skin fade and the operator told me she wasn’t doing that- she was doing a Floyd’s… and asked for a beard trim and line up- she said she wasn’t going to do that. She only charged me for a Floyd’s cut- but that is not what I wanted.

Jennifer is does impeccable work and always is very professional and pleasant. She deserves a raise.

It’s pretty easy to get an appointment, there is good parking and the staff is nice.

I wanted a beard trim, a few weeks ago, I had Tara, she shaped it and did amazing, 4 weeks later I came back asked for Tara and she wasn't there yet, I should have waited, the young kid that trimmed my beard screwed it up, I was very specific on leaving it FULL onthe bottom, I told him to keep it wider, trim by the ears and taper it out, well he hand scissored it the contour my face, NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!! I know it'll grow back in a month but I have an even I'm going to and I'm not at all happy about this cut. Frankly I will never come back.
I grew up with a great grandfather as a barber, grandfather as a barber and a father as a barber so I know how to tell a barber how I want my beard trimmed. You don't cut a beard with scissors unless you are doing fine tuning.
