I was a little confused or almost disappointed on how the pricing of my cut cost. I get my hair faded but I wonder why one haircut cost 2 prices. One is $41.00 and another is $48. I was in the chair maybe 12 minutes and it cost $41.00. What’s the difference with the $48.00 fade cut?

I have been a loyal customer who tips well since August 2015. I have had two recent incidents that have disappointed me. In June 2025, I made an appointment with a barber that I was told could cut my hair. When I got there, I was given a newcomer who didn’t know how to cut my kind of hair even though thr barber I originally booked was there. It was unacceptable the kind of disrespect I received. In June 2026, I called and told the the receptionist that I was about to pass out on my way to get a haircut and I might be a few minutes late because I wanted to make sure I was okay. She didn’t even ask how I was feeling or if I was okay. She just immediately just started talking about rescheduling or canceling my appointment. It’s very disappointing the lack of compassion she displayed. She did not even tell my barber that I would be delayed from feeling sick.

Very satisfied with how the stylist knew, without much input from me I might add, how to style my hair to fit me.

Good talent, relaxing atmosphere

Yesterday was the second time my appointment was messed up by your management. I made the appointment online but when I got there it had been canceled. I was able to wait for my stylist Ali to be available, so at least I eventually got my hair cut. This is beyond annoying that this has happened twice with the last two appointments I made. One was changed by the manager to a stylist that I don’t know and this one was canceled outright
