My Hair Stylist was really good and understood what I wanted. I’ve often had issues at other places where you explain something and they verbally explain back to you that they get it and then you end up with a bowl haircut that could match a clown’s outfit.

I have had mostly great experiences. Stukey always give a great cut, and I only had a cut from her once, but I was very happy with the cut Shelby gave me as well. Front desk is friendly and offers great service as well.

There seems to be a lack of uniformity among stylists regarding the little things, such as massage or no massage, shaving the neck or not shaving the neck. This prevents you from being able to say you can always count on Floyd’s to deliver consistent quality service.

Although I love Floyd’s and usually get really creative service, this rating is specifically for this location only.

I was a little confused or almost disappointed on how the pricing of my cut cost. I get my hair faded but I wonder why one haircut cost 2 prices. One is $41.00 and another is $48. I was in the chair maybe 12 minutes and it cost $41.00. What’s the difference with the $48.00 fade cut?
