I know the women who helped me did her best, but the fade I received was shadowy, blending was not even on both sides, and the top was not cut to the length I'd asked. Or at all for that matter. With how short her communication was, and lack of follow up questions, I didnt feel comfortable addressing the ways she ignored the top part of my hair. I asked for an inch and a half to be left, but it ranged from 3 to 4.5 inches left to right. It wasn't awful, but the process felt rushed.
I had to ask her to losen the buttons around my neck 10 minutes in because I felt it cutting off my circulation.
I ended up going to the westminster location this afternoon to get the cut redone.

The service and the cut. Great value. Your web does was wonky. I accessed through the app and directly on the browser. The calendar was blank and would not allow appointment options. It said something like “No appointments available after (today’s date).” There is no phone number to call. I
It looked like Floyd’s had gone out of business. 6 or 7 time it finally worked and I got the last appointment of the day.

I got a pretty botched cut. Above my right ear has a bald spot from the buzzer. I didn’t notice til I got home and showered. The gal was kind but seemed distracted.

$40 for a Floyd’s cut is too expensive.

Nothing really, the cut was what I wanted and the people were great. You are just about 20% more expensive than a typical men's haircut.

Been going to Floyd's for a while. Location is great and convenient. People seem speedy and professional and skilled in their craft. No complaints. My only reason to not recommend is that it is a barbershop and some people I know are more interested in a Salon experience. That does not align with Floyd's vibe.

Friendly staff that are excellent with hair styles

I can't always get phone app to work but when I call shop directly they accommodate me with an appointment time. I called and they didn't have any openings but said they would call me if someone canceled. Sometime later they called back and said they did have a cancellation and I was within the area and was able to respond in about 10 minutes and get my haircut.
