Once I got home and washed my hair and beard it was awful

I came in for a beard trim. The only person working at the store was a stylist, not a barber, which was not revealed to me until midway through the process. She was friendly, but I didn't get the quality of trim that I was looking for, and I didn't get the impression she was very experienced at that service. I would have preferred to return another time and receive the service from a licensed barber.

Did a head shave with very minimal hair already, didn’t touch the top of my head. Never sprayed or cleaned me off either.

Jamie provides the best cuts in Lexington. Her attention to detail in unmatched.

My son's haircut was not exactly what he was looking for. The guy that did it had done it a few times before. That's why we came back. Nut this time Shoo took a minute to calm him down. Probably won't be back though

I love my stylist Athea! I've followed her to numerous Floyd's salons now because she is the only one in 2.5 years of having a pixie cut that can cut it the way I like it and never messes it up. She's also so polite, friendly, down-to-earth and so personable! She has a customer for life in me! I plan to bring my daughter to get her hair trimmed by her soon.

I'm a travel nurse and have been to many many barbers, for the most they're all the same, just meh, but…Athena was awesome…she has great hands, she was soft but purposeful. Did an amazing job on my hair…best I've had in a while!

My 10 year old is very protective of his long hair and dreads when I tell him we need to get it cut. The only person he will let cut his hair is Lance. The boys love chatting with him and he always makes us feel welcome and comfortable.

My teenage son loved the environment and his barber. She listened to his request and worked with him. He was very comfortable with her and loved the service he received. Teenagers are hard to keep happy so that is saying a lot! Thanks so much.

Terrible cut. My son was in and out in 10 minutes, still had hair all over his neck and ears. Barber did not take his time, just used clippers when I requested scissors. Very expensive for a clippers 10 minute cut. Will not be back.
