Great staff, great process.

The staff are welcoming, but the noise level is rather high.

Kelly was very friendly and accommodating. Haircut looks great and took no time at all. She cut my hair exactly how I like it.

Jasper was awesome. So kind and knew exactly how to cut my teens hair.

This shop is the most stress free environment I’ve experienced at any shop in my life, and that includes multiple other Floyd locations. I go back knowing I’ll be relaxed and treated with kindness and calmness everytime.

Atmosphere and customer experience.

I was a new client and wasn’t told that the shoulders massage was $5. I think anything that costs should be verbally said to cost, you know? I’d also like to be told what service will be provided exactly before it’s rendered- I thought I was getting a haircut and ended up being charged almost double for a different kind of cut.

There was nothing wrong at all. This is just not something that is going to come up in conversation, and most of my friends and associates live nowhere near this area.

Friendly, professional and affordable

I’ve always received excellent haircuts at Floyd’s 99, however; Christina at Floyd 99 UCF is by far the best and I will always request her whether it’s for a haircut or grey blending. She’s great!

Would absolutely recommend Floyd’s to anyone around me that decides to do a Mohawk, my spouse and I both got ours at Floyd’s (different locations and years). I also didn’t expect the haircut to be free and I think the haircut being free when you’re cutting it to donate is really great.

Whether is Shawn, Linda, or JB my hair needs are always met and always with a welcoming atmosphere. They are my favorite shop and I dont live in the area but I travel almost 2 hours to come and see them. They are truly professionals and the only shop I will do that drive for.

Les is great. He ensures that he listens to my son’s wants and gives him the best cut. We drive almost 1 hour to get his cut with Les. He makes him feel comfortable and welcomed always. We truly appreciate his expertise!

I walked right in and got a walk-up appt. The staff was all friendly and did a great job. The only thing I'd say to improve was I was sad it looked not very busy. They are all wonderful and deserve a thriving business.

There was no wai;, we were greeted with a smile at the front desk, and the young lady recommended a great stylist.

Setting appointments is very easy. All barbers and stylists are professional and understand my instructions! I've never received a cut I didn't like!
