Laura is amazing, she has been cutting my hair for about 4 years now and has always given me a great hair cut.

This was my first experience at Floyd's 99 at the Union Station location and it was a very good one. I am giving it an 8/10 because I don't know yet if this will be a consistent experience. I will change my rating if I experience a consistent quality of service in the future.

I see that the experience with Floyd is not the same all the time, it would be great sometimes and not so great at other times. So, I can't recommend it if that's going to be the case.

I’ve told a few people about this specific Floyd’s location! The staff is always extremely friendly, super helpful, and make you feel better than when you walked in every time. I know I am always going to be in good hands here; my go to place for any hair needs now!

Barber was not only capable and competent but we had a fun and engaging conversation the whole time. I’m not about to adopt his hairstyle choices, little too bold for me, but I wouldn’t hesitate to come back if I’m in the area and need another cut.

As a trans person, getting my hair cut often goes one of two ways: Either I am walking out with an awkward pixie cut, or a high fade like i’m going to basic, neither of which are ever what I want. At this location specifically, I know I can come in, book with probably anyone, and leave with the actual cut i asked for without anyone trying to give me a “boy” or “girl” haircut. Clyde was super helpful and explained his process throughout the cut and i left very happy. love u guys thanks for giving me a good haircut before pride LOL

Haircut turned out great! I have friends weddings and a few work trips coming up, so I’ve been looking for someone I can trust with my curly hair. Kenna did an awesome job—she really listened to what I wanted and nailed the cut. I’ll definitely be coming back, especially when it’s time for the haircut before my own wedding.

Sometimes, but not lately, the music has been too darn loud. Please watch that whomever is in control of that does not go overboard. Very offputting when there’s nothing I can do about it for my 20 minutes

I thought he did a great job on the haircut. One thing that surprised me was he took an electric shaver and shaved my side burns. They were already number 0 from the cut, I didn't care it took a day for them to grow back but excellent fade.

Her advise about hair has helped me a lot and her encouragement has helped me feel better about my hair. I finally found a good stylist who does ebony hair, and it's hard to find a stylist that specializes in cutting ebony hair. Thanks Floyd's!
