Most things are great, but I always have to wait 5-10 minutes.

I can usually count on liking my haircut from Floyd’s regardless of the barber. But I clearly got the new guy. He’s not up to the caliper to work here. I can’t recommend if the quality is not great

My son’s barber was unbelievably empathetic to my 5 year old. Most are not. I will come here as long as my son’s barber is there. Somebody needs to recognize this man and let him know how much he is appreciated by his clients.

I went there 2 days ago my haircut was $35 bucks later that day I seen on my credit card they took out $45 on my account after I had left... I don't trust them anymore. I have the receipt showing it was only $35 for the haircut and what I paid for not $45 if I was you I wouldn't trust them anymore. This is the one in Dallas near down town. Yes I would like my money back that yall took. I have the receipt from it.

Have Courtney sharpen her razor blade. She scratches my skin when shaving the back of my neck. That really hurt

Carlos (CJ) is the best barber I've ever had in my life. I will follow him wherever he chooses to work.

You always use somebody that has never cut hair before cut the walk in people. Stop doing that. When I try to make an appt w an employee they are always not working there anymore or booked solid. Some of your stores (in wood) won't even take a walk in without extreme attitude.

Jerry was great and fixed a bad cut that had gotten elsewhere.
