We love the environment and energy in the shop. Our barbers are so great and remember us like we have been with them for years. Wait it might be years now that I think about it. Ha! The location is also great because we can make it a mother son date night and walk to have dinner or just a sweet treat nearby.

Well I don’t go for the music. I like being able to schedule ahead. It’s always clean. I wish the music didn’t have to be so loud and finally it’s getting to sound more like music instead of noise.

I’ve gone to see other barbers like Carlos and Jose who are awesome. This experience was not good.

Carlos has been my barber for 6 years , ever since Covid made my prior barber retire . He’s professional and friendly and I drive 30 miles from Frisco to see him twice a month - he keeps me looking fresh. Plus the receptionists are also friendly . The shop is clean and well located next to the West Village garage

Overall I love the accommodation. Always greeted at the door. I tend to go to whatever stylist is available because so far the staff over many years has always seemed to consist of dedicated and passionate stylists. If I want something specific, they can do it. If I say “hey just dont make me look uglyier than I already am…” haha I will trust their judgement and creativity with their passion. Never been disappointed.

Most things are great, but I always have to wait 5-10 minutes.

I can usually count on liking my haircut from Floyd’s regardless of the barber. But I clearly got the new guy. He’s not up to the caliper to work here. I can’t recommend if the quality is not great

My son’s barber was unbelievably empathetic to my 5 year old. Most are not. I will come here as long as my son’s barber is there. Somebody needs to recognize this man and let him know how much he is appreciated by his clients.

I went there 2 days ago my haircut was $35 bucks later that day I seen on my credit card they took out $45 on my account after I had left... I don't trust them anymore. I have the receipt showing it was only $35 for the haircut and what I paid for not $45 if I was you I wouldn't trust them anymore. This is the one in Dallas near down town. Yes I would like my money back that yall took. I have the receipt from it.
