Lisa was very courteous and cut my hair the way I like it.

It was my son's first time in a barber shop and we will definitely not be back. The stylist could not even out the fade and basically gave him a bowl cut. Kids at school were calling him Oliver Tree.

We had "any stylist" appts for me and my son at 10. When we arrived they let us know they were running a little late, which was fine. About 10:20 someone opens up for my son. He goes back. After that, three other people that had appts with specific stylist were called back. Which makes sense unless you are backed up - if the store's behind - the whole store is behind. Not just one stylist, at least with my logic... But my logic and store policy don't match up - Long story short, out of five ladies cutting hair only one was open for "next available". All the others were waiting on appts / etc. So it was the lady cutting my son's hair that was going to get mine. After about 11 she was done with my son and said I'm ready for you now. Probably 3-4 people with later appts than me had been cycled through. Nothing against the ladies in the shop, I get it - they have appts. But when I've been waiting for 45 minutes and someone shows up ten minutes early for their appt and gets called back it makes you angry. So I did a reserve your spot in line at the Great Clips across the street and went there after my son was done. I would recommend reconsidering that policy. Because that sounds like a policy / management issue as opposed to a staff issue. Everyone there was nice and apologetic about the situation - it's just that's a policy that drove me to a different place moving forward. If your shop is behind it should be behind for everyone. Your spread that 1hr delay between 5 people and it's less than 15min for everyone. Instead the expectation is one (or a few people) eat an hour out of their weekend because one stylist probably had a late customer - not her fault. So you gotta have a better system then that to catch up.

I scheduled an appointment and was called an hour to have it moved back 30 minutes which I appreciated instead of getting there and having to wait because they are behind. But when I got there I stood at the front just waiting nobody was at the front desk. Finally someone came over and checked me in and I still had a bit of a wait.

Lynn is amazing with my two boys. We have an 8 and 5 year old. They love going to her!!

Tiffany was very precise when cutting my hair. It had been sometime since my last cut and my hair needed a good trim. She was also very friendly and fun to talk with!
