Hella expensive with tip but I guess it is worth it. Aslyum K is amazing and I used to go with him for only 25 + tip at his previous place but I’m having to pay almost 50 with tip now to get the same haircut

While your stylists (especially Ryan in Woburn!), staff and booking process are all top notch, yoiur salon decor and feel is extremely outdated. We have been coming to Floyd's for at least 6 years, and in that time, I have yet to see any actual updates to the salon itself. The posters on the walls are torn and fading, the counters, chairs and decorations are stale, and it seems as if the location (Woburn, MA) is just stuck in 2008 to 2015. In a business where being fresh and new and keeping up with the times, while still respecting the past is vitally important, that's where I feel that Floyd's has fallen behind. The location really needs a new coat of paint and a complete new redo of the poster walls in order to attract the audience they are marketing to now. Thank you for your time.

Mikayla is the best, she has been cutting my hair and my boy's hair for several years now. She is very knowledgeable, listens to the details if we ask her to cut our kids hair differently, and she's very patient/engaging with them. She is very professional and does a great job. I also appreciate the ability to book appointments with her through the app. I am able to schedule out haircuts for basically my entire family in advance, and that's so helpful with crazy schedules.
