Duffy, you’re newly hired Barber stylist was great. I had actually met him accidentally in his last job at Starbucks. He’s a great young man and talented at barbering and styling. He also understood what I was doing which I was changing my style a bit and had some photographs also I appreciated his youth because some of my stuff is artistically motivated thank you Duffy sincerely, Gary Myrick.

Very disappointed with our experience. I took my son in for a haircut and specifically asked Christine for a low fade with a taper. She went ahead with the haircut, but it wasn't until the end that I found out she isn't a barber—she's a stylist and doesn't do fades.

What frustrates me most is that she never told me upfront. If she had been honest from the beginning, I would have asked for someone who was experienced with fades or gone somewhere else. Instead, we ended up paying for a haircut that wasn't what we requested. Better communication would have avoided this entire situation.

Duffy did an excellent job. I always get my hair cut at this location while visiting from Texas.

The guy at the front desk looked and acted miserable. Half asleep zero eye contact zero customer service. Nothing like the lovely lady that used to be there! Super unfriendly and impacted the whole vibe and energy of the place.

Floyds is a great place

I needed a last-minute haircut on a Sunday so I decided to try Floyd’s Barbershop in Woodland Hills. I booked a haircut with Abel E and I’m so glad I did! He is very experienced and attentive. He did a really great job! An all around great guy! I will definitely see him again!! -Andrew B

We were greeted and seen right away although we did not have an appointment and it was fast. Very efficient service. My son was in and out of the chair in less than 12 minutes. I would have given a score of ten but the price is kind of high so that’s the only reason I rated it as a 9. My husband used to be a regular customer but price is what ultimately caused him to leave and find another place. My son is very picky and did not want to go just anywhere. When I suggested Floyd’s he agreed because he trusts the brand. Thank you for a great experience. Price is the only thing keeping from coming again.

My only reservation in recommending this location is the difficult parking situation

Well I always get a Floyd’s cut and asked for a fade on the side. The barber decided to just shave the side of my head down to a zero and then tell the clerk I upgraded to a clean shave which is $51 when I did not. Barber cut hair to high up. Won’t go back to this location again and will continue to see my normal girl in Sherman oaks .

I wasn’t told his name but the barber I got didn’t give me the haircut I wanted. I told him exactly what I wanted and he even had me show him a picture. On top of it not being what I wanted the sides were faded incredibly uneven. One side faded around my eye level and the other higher past my eyebrow. I also told the guy I wanted very little off the top and he took more than an inch. I’ve had good haircuts here before but after this it doesn’t make me want to go back.
