Scheduling is easy, the vibe is great. I would specifically recommend Brio

First time I visited for beard trim I was treated so well and so much care was given and had all these different products used on me. Next timethe barber Kat wasn’t in so I tried someone else. Not precise and no product used. Came back to Kat and nonproductive used and also not as careful and precise. Yesterday tried Christian. I also booked trim at $21. He didn’t ask me if I wanted extra work or even discuss extra charges. I knew it would be extra because he pampered me. Check out they charge me 38$ and they should have also seen I booked just the trim. Deceitful and dishonest. He did a good job but that’s not the point. Your barbers are sneaky

My son always gets a great cut from Brio. I also appreciate how patient Brio is with my sons and he educates them on how to take care of their hair and gives them confidence.

one of the worst haircuts ive ever gotten. i told her exactly what i wanted and she practically did the opposite. i had to go home and shave my head to start everything over because it looked so awful. ill absolutely never be back and will tell people to avoid this location like the plague.

Lily was the best! Super friendly and very knowledgeable at what she does. This was my first time ever in the shop and definitely not the last. I love how easy it was to book an appointment. I also love that walk-ins are welcomed. I have already recommended the shop to a coworker who complemented my haircut.

The stylist dropped the straight razor and said “that could’ve been bad” and referenced that it could have cut my throat. He was not particularly apologetic about it. Not great.

Allow more time for the stylist to cut people’s hair - 20 mins is too fast.

I am new to town but not new to Floyds. I understand every employee/stylist isn’t at the same level of skill but I can’t leave the house without using product, putting a hat on for an hour and hoping it works before I go to work where I can’t wear a hat. Stylist felt clumsy and maybe there was a loss in translation, but Floyds was not prepared for my advanced booking.

The stylists are really skilled. I have been going to Kat for almost two years now because she just gets it. Every time I have to go to another stylist because I'm out of town or she's not in, I have to go back to get it fixed. I've learned to plan my trips around that
