YMCA offers good services to everyone .

I really enjoy the program and it allows me the ease of keeping my child in his school without the hassle of transportation. The staff are helpful and friendly.

I love it so much it makes my life very easy I don’t worry about bus pick up anymore and I can see my children are very excited every morning to go to care me and my family we love it

Great service on time and enough activities for your children to enjoy

I signed up both of my children and on the third day I was told if my daughter wasn’t potty trained, she could not come back. I was not told this information prior to signing up. I also called and ask if the program was children on a spectrum friendly. The lady there told me she would work with me. Seeing that I wasn’t told about the potty training rule. The next week I brought both of my kids and the young man came up to me and said ( did they talk to you?). I said to him, the lady said we would talk about a date but we didn’t confirm on any at the moment. When I went the door, the lady said that they were told not to allow my daughter to stay. I left with both children and lost wages for the week and presently try figure it out. I was charged $207 for both of my children. They never made it past the second week. School started on Thursday priorMonday was a holiday and they attended for four days out of the whole month. I paid for there error. When told her about it. She made it seem as if she was doing me a favor by giving me a partial refund. The website nor the person I spoke to prior to purchase said anything about children being potty trained.

Really appreciated so many aspects of this camp — it was one of our daughter’s first camping experiences. Enrollment was easy, the communication and leadership were very consistent and pleasant, the activities were diverse and engaging. Safety and care were at the forefront. My daughter said she would like to attend multiple weeks next summer which makes us so happy. Only piece of feedback would be to make references to weeks by using dates, not just Week “2” or “5” because we would be confused about which session was ours at times.

If my son attends camp all week and then can’t go on a trip is horrible

First time my youngest got a chance to spend his summer and traditional summer day camp and he had a ball. He loved the friends that he met, the time spent with everyone, the counselors and everything in between. Day one he was reluctant, and actually a little upset that he had to go by the end of the day he left with a pep in his step and asking to sign it for more weeks. Which we did. Only complaint he had was the weather

The camp structure has changed tremendously from last year thanks to Wendy and the new team. I love that they’re using an app to communicate with us and not group me. I love that they have activities and themed weeks. I love that I can communicate with the staff about the concerns of my children, and they are very responsive they get back to me with less than an hour. I love how they work with us with processing payments and it’s just been a really great positive experience this year unlike last year.

Fun and nurturing environment for kids

The children are not supervised properly and they barely engage with the children.

First of all, I’m so glad that this program is offered in our township. It’s extremely important to have programs like this for working parents. My son always has a good time with his friend and the activities that the staff engage him in. It offers him a productive way to spend his time. Ms Zalliah is great and always helpful.

My son has had a great experience with all of the Y employees. This is his second year participating in the program, and we are very happy. All of the employees genuinely care about the kids and it shows. I cannot recommend this program enough!!

I’m just really happy the Care and other program are available in the township. I like the kids day out program and that swimming is offered. My has fun in the Care program and Ms. Zaleeah is great!

I wish they had Kids Day out for all the days off. Not random ones.

Ms Janet and Ms Stephanie are amazing. I could not recommend this program enough. My child always has a good time and I am able to feel confident knowing he is in great hands.

I participate in the program out of necessity but the program doesn't live up to most of the parents standards. The children are not supervised properly and they barely engage with the children. Some of the older staff act is if they don't even like children. You never receive positive feedback from staff only criticism when they have a rough day.

The staff changes hands constantly which causes unorganization with everything from the finance department to the quality of care you're providing. Most parents use your organization because there are no other resources for them.

Friendly, convenient, caring

My son always seems to have a good time at camp. I like that there is swimming daily which increased my son's confidence in the water. The staff is friendly, and I also like that there is a weekly BBQs with ice cream and occasional field trips.
