Well. At the Moreno Valley location the young guy working was professional and thorough. But, in the end, every guy in our wedding party had clothes that were too tight. There were guys swapping shirts and having stuff delivered to other store locations near the wedding venue last minute. Honestly it was stressful. This was the Das Ullrich wedding.

I requested my suit be delivered to a specific location, but when I arrived, I was told it wasn’t there and that I’d have to wait until the next day. After leaving that location to work, I got a call saying my suit had actually arrived just not the coat. The whole process was unnecessarily frustrating and required multiple trips just to get everything I paid for.

When I finally received the rental, the shoes were in very poor condition so I asked for another pair and they were just as bad. I wear dress shoes regularly, so I understand they aren’t always the most comfortable, but these were extremely worn out and uncomfortable. For over $200, I expected much better quality.

What made the experience even more disappointing is that I was in a wedding a few months ago, and we purchased our entire outfits from Amazon for about half the cost, with noticeably better quality and comfort. The convenience and value simply weren’t there with this rental experience.

I hope improvements are made to inventory management, communication, and the condition of rental items, because customers have plenty of alternatives available today.

I was very pleased with the quick turn around your staff were able to resolve our little mixup with the color for the in law jackets. It happens. But to fix in two days, and ready at our final fitting. Very thankful for your service.

I live in Northern California and you don’t have any locations here. You’re very inconvenient especially when the first measurement session was wrong and I had to drive a total of four hours back-and-forth, back-and-forth to deal with this tuxedo. Ridiculous that you don’t have a relationship with any clothing store in the Bay Area.

Definitely last min type of guy I needed a tux for a wedding the next day the manager at the location was very polite asked me what my size was and color took my measurements picked out a variety for me to choose from I was in and out in 30 min I highly recommend going here from the time I walked in to when I returned the tux the staff were phenomenal

As a Larger individual, It was not available to rent me a suit. I understand that logistically it is not feasible to keep loads of larger attire around. But they did accommodate me with a tailored suit to match the rest of the wedding party, that I could purchase. I already had a black dress outfit, a grey suit in my collection, but now I can add a blue suit to my wardrobe. And that is better than a one day use.

The people were nice and knowledgeable and accommodating.

I bought my suit here and everything was off. Despite doing measurements my jacket was 10 sizes too small. I had to reorder the jacket and it took another week. I was strapped for time. When I was in the shop I was told to try on their shirt instead of the one I bought but then when going home my shirt was 2 sizes too small. Even after the new jacket came in the shoulders were too tight

The jacket was altered correctly. The left side of the jacket was at my wrist and the other side was over my wrist 2 inches.

Measurements were wrong twice. Made me come back. Overly priced

I purchased the coat and pants instead of renting and the employee took the measurements to alter the pants length and the arm length on the coat . I picked up the suit and didn't bother to try it out because I assumed it would be ok. 4 days before the wedding my wife suggested I try out the pants and coat because my grandson and future son in law had to go back to the shop 3 times with problems with clothes not fitting. Turns out my pants were 3 inches short and coat buttons were right at the edge of the cuff . Had to pay my local cleaners to fix them . So no I would not recommend this shop

The employees at the Moreno Valley location were very sweet. However as for the service I was less than pleased. We took my son in to purchase a suit, he was fitted and we were told it would be ready in a few days. About 2 days later I received a text stating that his suit was ready. We go into pick it up and we were told that a mistake had been made and that they would have it ready no later than 5pm the following day. The next day comes and goes and I didn't receive any update about the suit so I call Thursday morning to inquire about the suit and was told that the Moreno Valley location was busy and they would return my call. Hours go buy and I didn't receive a call back so I called again. They said it still wasn't ready but they would have it done by Friday. They then called me about an hour later to tell me the suit was ready. We go pick up the suit. Come Saturday it's time to put the suit to use and my son puts it on and looks RIDICULOUS the pants came well above his ankles and the coat fit him long.

I've rented several times from you and this is the 1st time the shirt was to tight and vest was so small, I was unable to wear it. When I initially tried on everything, I informed your representative that I want it a little looser and it see like it got tighter

It would be better if the waiting time would be less. I waited more than 40 plus minutes to try on my rental. Not sure why only one employee was left alone to assist multiple customers.

Excellent customer service while fitting, picking up and dropping off. All the guys were very attentive and helpful, excellent quality of the tux. We have used them twice already and will probably use them again!

I recently attended a wedding in Southern California where I was one of the groomsmen in the bridal party. I currently live in San Francisco so I made sure I sent in all the correct measurements for the suit but was not able to come in and pick up the suit and instead had a family member pick it up for me. When I was finally able to try on the suit, the pants were comically hemmed almost up to my knees, so much where I believe they were actually hemmed with the correct measurements twice over (I have a photos that I would be happy to share to show how ridiculous this hem was). Being that my correct height, weight and measurements were all sent in, I can't understand how no one asked questions when the pants were hemmed for basically a child the height of 4'10". Thankfully a family member was able to make a last second adjustment to let the pants out and not completely ruin the experience. In the end I can't understand how something like this would happen given that all the measurements that were sent were correct.

The suits were not ready on time. The associates kept messing up orders. I had multiple groomsmen, get the wrong size jacket or even different colored jacket and bottoms. And when they were told that the new order would be ready by a certain date, when that date would roll around they would hear nothing and we would have to reach out to the store. It was chaotic, and if the best man was not on top of it, everyone would have had the wrong outfit.
