The pants did were not tight enough to dance in or have an option to tighten or allow for a belt. Shoes were super slippery. Options were super minimal, only black and white and style is bland.

The tux was

I walked into your Montclair location and was greeted by your professional staff. absolutely amazing by my experience.

Zen helped me. 10/10 service

Great staff and professional

Efficient

Most of the wedding party had issues with the tailoring of the suit or minor missing items including myself. Nothing terrible but also not the easiest. Overall ok experience.

My pants weren’t the right size and my pants length is not what I requested. Jacket was too big as well. It didn’t feel comfortable.

I got what I ordered at a great group rate.

Irvin was Awesome! He made us look great for the wedding. Really appreciate it

Measurements were made by my local tux shop, and nevertheless the shirt and jacket were delivered drastically undersized and so I had to drive to Anaheim to get fitted properly.

Otherwise, everything else was fine

One of my groomsman’s pants had to be picked up by me and fryer never tailored them.misplaced a suit and said it had been picked up. I gave the details for all the groomsman’s suits and when they went in on their own they were never told they were supposed to get a belt and shoes so they had to go back and get them. Very disappointed honestly. We had a lot of issues.

When we got one groomsman suit back they hadn’t even tailored it yet. They didn’t give the groomsman that went in the belts and only half of them ended up getting them.

Easy process getting fitted. Tux delivered to your home. Ship back in same box with prepaid label. Fair price. Friendly service.

Excellent service

Quick, friendly staff.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful shopping experience. I was in and out in very short amount of time.

Good quality & fit perfect

The service was fast and friendly. I appreciate the time spent and will return when needed.

Have better flexibilty on returning tuxes after the event.

Great service everything for perfect

Everything was clean, accurate and smooth! Thanks Friars!

Warm welcome, friendly service, professional and detailed in completing orders. Beautiful sincere smiles as well

Very professional suit fit well and looked great.

Team at the Anaheim location was extremely helpful and nice! They made sure everything was to my liking and accommodated quickly and accurately for all my last minute requests. Very happy with my experience

I like doing business in this particular location. We used to rent but purchasing from friars is affordable, too.
We came to buy my son’s 4th suit.
Brandi was very nice and patient in helping my son get the right fit.And Paloma helped , too. When we came for the final fitting , Brandi’s sister was the one who helped us and she’s very good also.
We’ll be back to get the Olive suit , we like the color .

Mutiple items missing, or wrong, very upsetting for bride and groom day of. Had to run around to different stores hours before wedding to find missing items.

everyone just don't know how to work. I had to go in several times to check with the order and they still messed it up. i had to go in again in the morning of the wedding day to pick up right items

The staff was so helpful in providing the service and the Tux fit well.

You guys botched this order. Check the notes on this order. Not one suit was correct.

Wonderful service! Everyone super friendly and helpful.

My tux was supposed to be in Glendale, but it actually was in Anaheim.

Great customer service

My order was wrong pants did not fit and jacket sleeves were not pressed to hide letting sleeve him out, so I had to settle for a size that didn't fit but had no choice because I needed a jacket.

You have the best service

Staff was the most helpful I've experienced anywhere.

The woman that fitted me really knew her stuff and was fast. Bought a Tux and got it fast.

The young lady that help me was soo nice and very sweet. She was patient with me and made things happen even if it was in the last minute

Too expensive for a 5 hour rental and wear of a tuxedo. Should have bought me a nice suit with shirt and tie. It was Marines 250th Birthday and had too show up nice. It is what is. Thank you though.

I appreciated that the people I dealt with were extremely friendly and doing what was needed to accommodate my needs. I reached out only a few hours before my event, and one store searched other nearby locations until they found what I needed.

Some associate are more engaging and opinionated ( a good thing as there are so many options with styles, colors etc) than others. I appreciate an expert who can take what I want and enhance or steer me in the right direction. I've throughly enjoyed my experience more than a Men's Warehouse but I think there's room to add a little more on the guest experience. Also, it would be nice to see more rental options in store/option to convert to own.

Everything was awesome! Everyone looked amazing for my wedding and extremely satisfied with how quick and easy it was to get fitted and pick up suits. Also Irvin was super amazing!!

The attendant "forgot" to give me socks and cufflinks. He should have double and triple checked before I walked out of the door.

We enjoyed the expedited services.

Reasonable prices, friendly and very helpful staff. Brandi made the process easy and rather enjoyable.

The service at Friar Tux is unmatched. Tux rental fit perfectly, and I had zero issues with a semi-quick turnaround. Would recommend to anyone looking at rentals, or suit options.

Paloma was a great help in the whole process of getting my suit

ease off use. The Rental rocess was very easy

We used Friar Tux for our wedding on 09/21 and overall the products were excellent—the tuxes looked sharp and fit well, which helped make our day memorable. That said, I think the service experience could be improved if staff were more consistent and on the same page. For example, when I called the Anaheim store, I was told they couldn't take payment over the phone and directed me to call a different number. Because there wasn't an option to keep my card on file, my groomsmen were confused at pickup and had to use their own cards instead. We also had mixed experiences across locations. My brother in Oregon had no issues receiving his tux, but my cousin in Washington called on 08/21 for delivery and nothing was sent—we ended up picking it up in Anaheim. Another friend in Texas provided his measurements over the phone but was told everyone had to come in-store for pickup. I can only assume this may have been after the shipping deadline, but clearer communication would have helped us prepare. In the end, the suits themselves were great and the wedding went smoothly, but tightening up communication between stores and ensuring consistent policies would make the process much easier for future wedding parties.
