We came to buy my son’s 4th suit.
Brandi was very nice and patient in helping my son get the right fit.And Paloma helped , too. When we came for the final fitting , Brandi’s sister was the one who helped us and she’s very good also.
We’ll be back to get the Olive suit , we like the color .

Mutiple items missing, or wrong, very upsetting for bride and groom day of. Had to run around to different stores hours before wedding to find missing items.

everyone just don't know how to work. I had to go in several times to check with the order and they still messed it up. i had to go in again in the morning of the wedding day to pick up right items

My order was wrong pants did not fit and jacket sleeves were not pressed to hide letting sleeve him out, so I had to settle for a size that didn't fit but had no choice because I needed a jacket.

Too expensive for a 5 hour rental and wear of a tuxedo. Should have bought me a nice suit with shirt and tie. It was Marines 250th Birthday and had too show up nice. It is what is. Thank you though.

I appreciated that the people I dealt with were extremely friendly and doing what was needed to accommodate my needs. I reached out only a few hours before my event, and one store searched other nearby locations until they found what I needed.

Some associate are more engaging and opinionated ( a good thing as there are so many options with styles, colors etc) than others. I appreciate an expert who can take what I want and enhance or steer me in the right direction. I've throughly enjoyed my experience more than a Men's Warehouse but I think there's room to add a little more on the guest experience. Also, it would be nice to see more rental options in store/option to convert to own.

Everything was awesome! Everyone looked amazing for my wedding and extremely satisfied with how quick and easy it was to get fitted and pick up suits. Also Irvin was super amazing!!

The attendant "forgot" to give me socks and cufflinks. He should have double and triple checked before I walked out of the door.

We used Friar Tux for our wedding on 09/21 and overall the products were excellent—the tuxes looked sharp and fit well, which helped make our day memorable. That said, I think the service experience could be improved if staff were more consistent and on the same page. For example, when I called the Anaheim store, I was told they couldn't take payment over the phone and directed me to call a different number. Because there wasn't an option to keep my card on file, my groomsmen were confused at pickup and had to use their own cards instead. We also had mixed experiences across locations. My brother in Oregon had no issues receiving his tux, but my cousin in Washington called on 08/21 for delivery and nothing was sent—we ended up picking it up in Anaheim. Another friend in Texas provided his measurements over the phone but was told everyone had to come in-store for pickup. I can only assume this may have been after the shipping deadline, but clearer communication would have helped us prepare. In the end, the suits themselves were great and the wedding went smoothly, but tightening up communication between stores and ensuring consistent policies would make the process much easier for future wedding parties.

I called in advance to check if the product and size was available. When I arrived the assistant had no idea what I was asking for. I was given a men's tunic to try. Later a women's tunic in a smaller size . I was there at least one hour. Later I wondered if a medium woman's would fit better than a small. I called and was assured that a medium women's had been set aside for me to try. I got there and was asked to wait because of a large party. I explained the situation and another employee helped. Unfortunately there wan no medium tunic waiting or in stock. I would never recommend your site.

I was initially very satisfied that your team was able to provide me with a suit on short notice, especially since another suit company failed to have my order ready. I called ahead, was fitted, and arranged to pick up the order at a different location. When I tried the suit on at the store, everything appeared to fit properly, so I left with confidence. Unfortunately, when I was getting dressed at home just 30 minutes before leaving for my event, the tuxedo ripped. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given the time-sensitive nature of the occasion. I was able to wear it without immediate notice, but by the time of the first dance, the pants ripped even more.

When I came back for my fitting the pants were too short and I didn't get to try on the suit coat either.

I wrote a review on Yelp and Google the day after the event. Everything went well. I had my Yelp review noted by a FT employee. A couple days later I am asked via email to do a yelp or google review. today, I receive a survey. Great experience, but this part gets a little annoying.

High quality, no trouble

Simply the Best. No question the store in Anaheim was perfect. Service was fast friendly inconvenient. It's the closest friar tux to me but even if it wasn't I would definitely drive there.

One of the female workers that was present two of the days we were there was giving us no emotion or energy at all. We would ask to shorten or lengthen various groomsmen's pant legs when they were clearly hitting different areas (ankle vs halfway down the shoes for example) and she would say they were the same or that they couldn't be adjusted. After questioning more, she finally said they could be altered but we'd have to go elsewhere since the tailor wasn't there. When comparing two side by side, she would say the shorter one was longer, and vice versa, then later change her mind after we told her what we were seeing. Everything was done in as few words as possible and with attitude, ruining what was supposed to be a fun experience.

Had a great experience and the tux that they gave me was amazing, got mainly compliments from it and they truly know what they do.
