My first experience with Friar was for my mom's funeral. Friar took the added stress away. Really appreciate friars staff for that. Four years later my son is going to prom. I forgot to return my Tux the next day, this is completely on me however, a courtesy call, text or email would be nice so the person renting doesn’t get charged extra for being forgetful and holding the Tux at home. This is the only reason I cannot give a 10. Otherwise great service.

Everyone was very kind and helpful it was my son's first time being a ring bearer and they made sure everything fit well even ordered another jacket because they noticed a tiny stain would definitely recommend.

I rented two tuxes for my brothers wedding, that being mine and my sons. Paid 400 + for the pants on both of ours to be too big and not the size or cut we wanted. I'm not sure if the measurements were off or we got someone else's but we were in a hurry and so we picked them up the day before the wedding and found out they didn't fit too late. Also wasn't advised that they didn't come with belts or that you couldn't use a belt on them. Bad experience and won't be returning here

I liked that I could make an appointment, however, I still had to wait quite a bit even with an appointment (20 min ish). A person who was a walk-in after me was able to be seen at the same time I was. So is there no point in making an appointment? The actual fitting was very efficient, as was the returns. Love the ship to home option as the store was very crowded during my fitting and I was happy no not go back.

They have very good customer service, they are very efficient, and if you have any questions or problems, they solve them instantly. The suits are of very good quality, and they deliver everything perfectly organized.

The pants were wayyy too big for my son. He tried them on the day of prom, with 2 hours left to spare before he had to meet up for pictures. He had to rush over to the location and get the pants swapped out and hemmed. I'm appreciative that someone was able to help him on such short notice but disappointed that the error/oversight was made and resulted in a major inconvenience for us and added stress to an already busy day.

When I ordered the suit, I was told there would be a fitting when I picked it up. When I picked it up I was told fitting not necessary was handed the suit and dismissed.

The process was easy, scheduling an appointment, suit selection, pick up and drop off. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The suits looked great and my guys felt like a million bucks. A couple places where I feel there could be improvement: 1. Prices. I was shocked at the prices. We had come there in the past, and the rental prices have increased 150%. Pretty outrageous really. 2. Variety. The reason we had come to this location in the past were the vast options available in colors, materials, styles, cuts and combinations. The options have been cut back so tremendously that we basically only had a couple choices. That was disappointing.
