Ty and Andres were very helpful. Andres was patient with me and helped select a suit to my liking. Ty completed my measurements and was really involved in making the fit look exceptional. I am glad they were both in my corner.

I was declined to use the restroom inside the store by a rude employee. Then told to use an adjacent restaurant. Total BS way to treat a paying customer.

Process was simple, wish there was an ability to try on a sample of the exact suit when deciding. Pricing was decent, my only suggestion would be personal focus, we came in on a Saturday morning and they were bouncing back and forth from customer to customer instead of one on one. When we left I noticed the receipt had the wrong details for our event and then when we picked up our rental it was missing the button covers/cuff links and socks that were requested. Which I’m sure was because our salesperson was bouncing back and forth between customers. Luckily the salesperson at pick up was kind enough to honor that. Other than that I would recommend renting a suit for your student at Friar Tux.

I forgot to return my Tux the next day, this is completely on me however, a courtesy call, text or email would be nice so the person renting doesn’t get charged extra for being forgetful and holding the Tux at home. This is the only reason I cannot give a 10. Otherwise great service.
