Confusing email saying it was turned in and closed. We did not realize it had to be turned in day after wedding which was impossible. Said there was an extension but it did not show up on the account.
Employees were courteous and pleasant with apologies.
During the final fitting it was determined that the shirt and coat were too small. They were able to get the correct size before the end of the next day. Great customer service.
Gave me the wrong color suit.
You guys messed up like 8/10 suits. Not to mention one of my groomsmen was in the wrong color and found out day of my wedding. They had no colors in stock to fix your mistake. My officiant had to trade suits with my groomsmen because the color was similar. A **** show to say the least. One of the groomsmen had the wrong color shirt as well. Thanks for making my wedding day a panic

My son owned a suit. I took it to the dry cleaner a week before prom. When we went to pick it up the evening before prom, we found the dry cleaner had burned down. We called Friar Tux and they said we close in 20 minutes. If you can make it here before closing, we can get your son a suit before tomorrow nights prom. They saved the day and we are now loyal customers. We used FT for my daughterās wedding and our younger kidsā prom rentals.

The customer service from Nathan at the riverside location is outstanding! He took time with my son and got him all dialed in. This was our second time there and the service is alway great and so are the suits!

The fitting went really well. The one thing that did not go well was the pickup. Maybe having people scheduled to pickup would be better because it did take almost 2 hours to grab my son suit. Other than that things went well.

The attendant failed to mention that I needed to come in by a certain date for my try on day. So I get there and my stuff has been sent back. I re-order the items and the new attendant tells me I need to come in by March 20th. I come in and the pieces arenāt the ones I wanted.
Iām a big guy. It was clear your service representatives are not fully trained on how to help me feel good about the item I am renting/purchasing. We had to do 4 fittings and I kept getting conflicting measurements and information (we have the vest in your size - oh wait no we donāt itās backless - oh wait - maybe this will workā¦). Also didnāt receive everything in the bag at pickup without me asking ādid you remember the shoes, did you remember the pocket square I purchased separately, are you sure the black buttons are there (spoiler: they were NOT and I had to come into the store day-of the event to get them)).
Ultimately I was satisfied. But the process was a bit painful.
my pants did not fit perfect
I had to get fitted twice. Company had a different tux then the one i was being fitted. Sales person should have known about different size fit.
