My child loves the staff she never has negative things to say about the program and she enjoys it!

I was told a lie upon registering and getting in touch with people here is hard. The communication is horrible.

My son loves it, he always tells me not to pick him up early, because first they give him his snack, then they help him with his homework and then they make him do sports or art or other activities with the other children, the teachers are very prepared and attentive 💯 I recommend it

Good but it's a little expensive for the 3 hours in the afternoon

My child is surrounded by rowdy children so they all need alot of attention which they were not getting. The activities are dull and the time my son was there was not utilized. They make the kids get ready coats and back packs on at 530 when pick up is at 6 thats 30 minutes sitting on a bench waiting to get picked up I dont see the point of that. Lastly the cancelation policy is ridiculous I made how I felt known when I called to canceled and explained why and you still charge me 30 days for a service im not using thats just bad business. I am not going to support the ymca and when asked about enrollment I will say spend your hard earned money else were there basically baby sitters.

The staffing are very attentive to the students and they keep them entertained

I appreciate the YMCA and their hardworking team,it helps me and my family with our daughter in the morning. She loves the after school program, can't pick her up from after school early else she cries. She loves the activities and like to have fun with kids all ages.

Would like the counselors to help more with my son's home work.

We loved YMCA… I have my son registered in Swimming class, Before/After care and Summer camp, he loves. Staff is very professional, kind and helpful. 100% recommended.

Charging for when there isn't any school is crazy.

It's very beneficial to have this help that this institution offers us. It would be very difficult for us to go to work without this support base for childcare.

Everyone from my daughter before and aftercare from YMCA are wonderful. So sweet and caring and great with my daughter!

Today I spoke with Mr. Rob about the incident that happened on Wednesday with Mrs. Lockwood and I have to say that he behaved like a true professional and helped me with the problem. He told me that he would resolve everything and that I had nothing to worry about. It was a real relief because as a mother I was very worried. But I thank Rob for helping me with the problem.

Ms.lockwood es una Maestra muy inrespetuosa con sus estudiastes del YMCA y con los padres no tiene educacion ninguna con nadie no se le puede preguntar nada por que te falta el respeto hoy ella no quiso madar a mi hijo al gym solo por que mi hijo no dijo buenos dias incluso esta obligando a mi hijo a decir buenos dias , Ella no tiene paciencia ni amor por trabajr cin ninos no deberia temgo varios padres en comun que dicen y piensan lo mismo de ella ya que an tenido inconvenientes con ella talbien.

I really like the program. The staff is great. My daughter loves them and they enjoy having her. My only thing is the fee is pricey.

My grandbaby has really enjoyed the program. She has become more vocal and the care is incredible.

So far I am happy with the program but don't like that they have no help while doing their homework. Staff are very kind and always with a smile.

The staff is great, very personable and friendly. They help my son anytime he needs help with his homework which is great since he struggles with this at times.

It was a pleasure being apart of ymca my son enjoy the moment from workers to just meet and greeting with other kids. Thank you for making it possible for parents who have no one to keep there kids due to work.

Children are not appropriately split up by age groups, putting younger children at risk from danger related to being around older .( including but not limited to verbal harassment, unwanted physical interaction . The kids don't receive homework help and watch too many movies ( also mixed ages ) ripe

One of the worker stole my daughter's diamond ear rings. I been calling trying to get in touch pith after school management "Bob" for more than 2 weeks now. No response. Very to little hep with homework. The kids are tired when they get home. What's the purpose of aftercare if homework is not getting done?

the hours of operation are great for working parent. I would love it even more if they were able to help the children with their homework. I was told that they only can make sure the homework gets done but not help them if they have questions.

The afterschool program is more like a babysitting program. There is no activities, no STEM. Very disappointing.

I like that the program is offered for parents like me who have to be at work at a certain time. I like the convenience of it as well as the price which seems fair. The people that run the program at my school are kind and trustworthy.
