I want to get service that I requested I specifically asked for oil change and tire rotation but they did do the oil change and checked other things but not the rotation and I was not happy for what they charged me so I couldn’t wait for the tire rotation so I left without it.

I would recommend for a fast oil change. But the service was very subpar. The employees didn't seem like they wanted to be there. I had to watch them to make sure they did everything properly. I was told my wipers were ripped, which was untrue because I replaced them les then 24 hours before going to get an oil change.

I use a cane it was difficult to walk between a truck and a cart with tools across from it!! $80 to diagnose a check engine light?? OK if you get the work done at Jiffy Lube because that is deducted from the repair!!

The don’t check everything like anti freeze or other small things, because it happen at this location 3 times they did not refill my antifreeze or ask me if I need to feel. I almost busted my radiator.

The cleanliness needs serious attention. The water fountain area was absolutely dirty, which immediately stood out. When visible, high-touch areas aren’t properly maintained, it makes customers question the overall upkeep of the facility. A more consistent cleaning routine would significantly improve the customer experience.

Second, the pricing is a bit on the expensive side compared to other local options. While convenience and brand recognition can factor into cost, the pricing feels high unless there are clear value-adds or promotions offered.

Most importantly, the oil change mileage sticker placed on my windshield needs to be accurate. The next service mileage listed was incorrect, and my car almost developed a serious engine issue because of it. Something as simple as an inaccurate mileage sticker can lead to major mechanical problems and costly repairs. This is not a small oversight — it directly impacts vehicle performance and customer trust. Accuracy in this area is critical.

That said, the staff members were great. They were professional, friendly, and helpful during my visit. The customer service was positive and appreciated.

Overall: Great staff, but improvements are urgently needed in cleanliness, pricing transparency, and especially accuracy with service details like oil change mileage. Attention to these areas would greatly strengthen this location.

The crew is fantastic and has been consistently able to address any issues I bring up to them. I trust this team more than my car dealership by a large margin. The pricing is always fair and they never recommend me any services that I do not need. I use this particular Jiffy Lube to address all of my car needs, and certainly for a first look at any problems I encounter. They haven't let me down thus far.
