It would be really nice if the Jiffy Lube rep didn't spend every waking moment trying to upsell services. It was far to blatant that he had to sell more services, even if they were not needed.

Don't like selling unnecessary flushes and overpriced filters. $60 to replace an engine air filter is ridiculous.

I really appreciate the team at Jiffy Lube in Clarksville—they are always professional, and the service is quick while still being high quality.

However, recently they switched to a paperless system and no longer provide printed invoices. As someone who manages The Arc of Howard County fleet, this has become a challenge. I need consistent access to receipts for recordkeeping, but I don’t always receive them, and my drivers are not given copies either.

Because of this, I may need to consider other service providers that can reliably provide the documentation I need. I hope they can improve this process, as their service has otherwise been excellent.

Couldn’t do a tire rotation because not enough staff

The tech did not properly install the oil filter. This resulted in the oil running down my driveway and me having a cleanup project.
