Last 3 visits vacuum was poorly done. The oil change light not reset. Wasn't greeted professionally.

I’ve always had great service at Jiffy Lube. I don’t have to worry about what needs to be done and when it’s time. They keep me updated. I don’t have to worry about unneeded repairs being done. There’s no pressure. The mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable.

Greeting and asking exactly what I needed. Also the thorough analysis of my car’s needs with recommendations for additional services.

The customer service was great. The waiting area was very clean. They team members were very friendly and professional.

Shop is clean,waiting area is clean and the bathroom is clean!! The Manager is always pleasant and she always jumps in when its busy. The staff seems to be well trained and polite. The District Manager should be proud...she did a great job training her. She was also great when she ran that location years ago.
I have multiple cars and use this location often so my review is based on numerous visits over 15 years!!

Not vacuuming the vehicle because it was drizzling and not washing the windows? Is crazy to me. Every other jiffy lube that I have been to. Still provides this service, even if it’s raining? Disappointed

Rob,Jason,Ashley have been running Crofton Jiffy Lube to new levels in customer service and prices for years,awesome facility for preventive maintenance needs.

The price rose up by about 25% in a year. Last year I was paying 75 and now I am paying 101. I am going to stop coming here , and go to the dealer since it’s the price

My last visit says I had minor oil leaks prior to service that is not true. This is a brand new vehicle with a very first oil change. My car was not leaking oil until after I received my first oil change at this location, which I then notified them and they told me to come back in yesterday. They replaced the cracked oil valve that I believe they created when they changed my oil.

They are fast, upfront with what you need and why… and their prices are very reasonable and beats the rest. I’ve been going here for years and never had any issues.

Quick and easy. They always try to sell you other stuff but if you change your cabin and engine filter before you go they won't try much.

I had some concerns after my last visit with the service that I had received and I shared it and it was reviewed by the RM who let the store manager Ashley aware of my concerns. I went back to the store and Ashley handled it very well. I appreciate her listening to my concerns and taking the initiative to make sure it was addressed and I was taken care of.

Pulled for an oil change for my car and they keep trying to up sell you for things that car don’t need. There is no itemized list of what they’re actually charging you for. It’s just a bill. I used to go there because they were fair and just give you the price for the oil change but now it’s like they’re making commission. Be aware, don’t get the upgrade they’re not mechanic's. Your bill will be around $200-$300 when you go in just for a oil change
