Quick and easy. They always try to sell you other stuff but if you change your cabin and engine filter before you go they won't try much.

I had some concerns after my last visit with the service that I had received and I shared it and it was reviewed by the RM who let the store manager Ashley aware of my concerns. I went back to the store and Ashley handled it very well. I appreciate her listening to my concerns and taking the initiative to make sure it was addressed and I was taken care of.

Pulled for an oil change for my car and they keep trying to up sell you for things that car don’t need. There is no itemized list of what they’re actually charging you for. It’s just a bill. I used to go there because they were fair and just give you the price for the oil change but now it’s like they’re making commission. Be aware, don’t get the upgrade they’re not mechanic's. Your bill will be around $200-$300 when you go in just for a oil change

Rainy, nasty day. Techs didn't use any paper carpet protectors as most other establishments would have. Because of this, the carpet was left very dirty/oily. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning it after I got home.

The manager of the garage refused to honor a coupon I had because I came in 45 minutes before closing time. What manager would do this?? He would rather have an unhappy customer than upset his system?? Ludicrous. I have been a faithful Jiffy Lube customer since 1999. Now, I will not go to Jiffy Lube again.

From the moment I arrived, the services personnel were friendly and attentive. They explain what I needed done with no pressure and had my oil changed and cabin filter replaced in record time. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and I was out of the well within 30 minutes.

They left things and put together may have damaged. My car went there for a simple oil change left with underneath my car hanging and unattached after dragging it down the road and finally bringing it back. They said it came that way when I did not have those problems before the oil change, they admitted they forgot to tighten something as they were trying to oversell me things I could not afford I believe they stopped servicing my car after I declined the additional filters also left something inside of the car, not put back as well when I arrived. It was no one there so they were not busy. They all were standing around I believe doing something outside and maybe I interrupted them hanging out at work as well. I’m very disappointed and worried for the condition of my vehicle. I will be taking it to Honda moving forward.

I’ve been to this location two times now. It is nowhere near as good as the location in Annapolis, MD. The first time I’ve been to Crofton, my car was making a weird noise from one of the wheels after a tire rotation, I brought the car back and they basically ignored it and acted like it was in my head. After that, I did not want to go back but it did. The second time going there, this past visit; they damaged my rear bumper. The air compressor hose got loose and bounced into my bumper twice, I saw it through the window and I left a small mark plus the bumper now has a small crack. The manager came out and just offered a $15 discount. Honestly, the way she came out and offered the discount was more disrespectful than the bumper. Zero apologies, the customer service was terrible, and she then proceeded to argue that there was no damage. I told her, her tech was literally in the garage trying to wipe the mark off of the bumper. Clearly, there was damage. Again, with no apologies after that she then argued with me to offer me anything more then the discount. To be honest, I didn’t want a discount, I wanted an apology and to feel comfortable; I got neither. The manager claimed she was a regional manager, I don’t believe it with that customer service; there is no way you make it that far in a company and act like that with a disgruntled customer. They were in the wrong and she did everything in her power to not accept it and make things right. I did not want to leave a google review because I don’t think trying to ruin a business with a review for all to see is appropriate. The reason I’m sending this review is to hopefully change things at that location. I’ve been going to Annapolis for years and I’ve never had a problem and I’ve always loved the service there. The Crofton location is the complete opposite and I will no longer be going there. I’ll just make the 30 minute trip to Annapolis next time where they take care of their customers.

I constantly come back to Jiffy Lube because every time I’m there and there’s a an issue with my vehicle. I appreciate the technician informing me of the problems that I’m about to face in the future and their recommendations. I’ve been to other Jiffy Lube’s and was not satisfied with the service and decided to give the location in Crofton my last chance, and I’m glad to say that I have not been disappointed and will continue to go to that location from now on.

The service is so exceptional that I come from an hour away for all my automotive needs. Today was just a windshield wiper replacement and I didn’t have to get out of the car.

My experience at Jiffy Lube was great. The customer service was phenomenal and the gentlemen in charge of the cars outside knew what they were talking about. They didn’t just do my oil change but they told me how I need to change my break light, etc.

They left the plate under car loose, almost had an accident! Drove back while scraping the ground. Concerned about damage. Also left filter cover off. Seemed upset I couldn’t afford extras besides oil change. Didn’t finish job after I declined filter

The fog light they changed was working fine. The light that needed replacement was my running light.

I spent close to $300 and the best offer I could use was $13 off for an oil change. I would have liked at least 10%. I got an Fuel Injection cleaning that cost close to $200. Two bottles of something was allegedly used. I should have asked for the empties, but then again, they should have been offered to me. I don't know what his "cleaning" actually did and my questions were not answered in detail. I'm thinking I wasted my money.

I visited the Jiffy Lube in Crofton on Feb 20th to get an oil change and tire rotation.
Both services were completed and I was told that my brakes were in good condition so I traveled to New Jersey the next morning. According to the news, a blizzard was expected that afternoon so I left during church services to beat the snow home. I drove through very hard rain until I was almost in Baltimore. On Tuesday I drove my car again and heard a grinding sound and took the car back to Jiffy Lube to find out my back rear brake was metal to metal. The technician who had serviced my car had only checked one side and therefore put me and possibly others in a lot of danger. That person should be retrained and supervised for a 3-6 month period or fired.
